I was very impressed with this place. There is a very good mixture of Chinese and American decorations, food, and seating arrangements to make you feel very comfortable. The entire restaurant is very clean. The variety of foods is amazing. Quality definitely shows in the food; it is great. I have tried almost every item they have there and I have never had better chinese food. The social feel of the place is very welcoming. Right when you walk in, each member of the staff is very nice to you and wants to bend over backwards just to help you. Service is very high speed. Almost right when you leave your table to get another plate, the waiter/waitress comes and takes the empty plate. They are constantly refilling your drinks when needed. I have never had to ask for anything. I have already gone there three times within the past couple weeks and the pricing is very affordable. For myself, my wife, my brother-in-law, and my two daughters, my total is at about $35. Judging by food quality, cleanliness, general social feeling, and pricing; I would say that it is better than Golden Corral or any other buffet by far.

If I really had to give this place a review; I would have given them no stars. I went to eat here last year and it just really seems like the food quality has dropped. I tried some of the BBQ chicken that was on a stick which happened to be bone dry and tasteless. Tasted liked dehydrated food - that had the moisture and taste cooked out. I tried some of the other dishes and they seemed the same. Everything tasted like it had no flavor; was like look warm; even the noodles were dry, soggy and tasteless. After having a decent sized meal from the buffet; I had wandered over to the Buffet and even some of the brownies looked stale. I tried some of the sweet cake they had available in the desert selection and it was just dry and tasteless as well- like it was well over two days old. I wouldnt recommend eating here unless you wanted to waste your money. Its too expensive for food quality that is beyond poor. Unless youd really wanted to get sick

I am really not a critical person but the food was so poor at this restaurant that I feel I must write a review to save someone from going to this restaurant and wasting their time and money. My fiance and I went out to eat just after they had opened and the food was cold. I found that quite puzzling seeing as food is typically warm, if not hot, when it has been freshly cooked. Ill let you speculate there. The Chinese food tasted like it was prepared by a person who not only had no prior knowledge of how to cook Chinese food but also seemed as if they did not even what Chinese food should taste like. Consider yourself warned.

This place was disgusting. $40+ bucks for me, my wife, and three kids (7, 5, and 2) is overkill for this place. The food is lowest quality you could probably eat. The "beef" with onions and bell peppers had the wrong color and texture and taste for it to be beef, it was more like the google images for cooked dog meat. Im not an employee of any food service place so this isnt a retaliation of one company against another, this is simply one of the WORST places to eat food. Spend your $40 at McDonalds or Taco Bell, this place is absolutely disgusting. 1 star is for the wait servers, 0 stars for the restaurant.

Unsanitary. We had a table of 7, 3 being small children. We were greeted by a rude woman, and our server got our drinks wrong. I can get over the first 2 issues. However, what I can not get over is the fact that at the end of our stay, I went to wipe my 3 yr olds face with a napkin, only to discover that there was a written note on it. Our napkins had been on the table from the previous customers. That is absolutely disgusting!

If your looking for a place that has hairs wrapped around the broccoli look no further. Simply asked for a refund from the Manager after showing her the hairs on the plate. She tried to remove the hairs off the plate and denied any refund. Im glad there is a place to voice this to make people aware. Go to Jacks Drive in or Canton if your looking for a place to eat.

Weve lived in Caldwell for a few years now, and this is the best Chinese place we have found in town. They have a decent variety of dishes that we enjoy, and a comfortable and inviting venue for families with little private corners to settle into. It also seems very clean, including the bathrooms. We come here for the veggies!

great variety of food and awesome owners. We came when it was closing and they offered to give us whatever we wanted even if the trays were empty. Great customer service. Unlike Jades garden I will never go back awful service and the trays were practically empty with no food! I was still hungry when I left never going back.

Staff did not seem friendly all the times we visited. Several,food,choices on the buffet, however a lot of them were hard and tasted old. The sushi was mediocre. My favorite thing was the dessert bar, they do offer several,pudding choices, jello, ice cream, cakes, and cookies.

This place was super gross. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the food wasnt that good. It was dark and just felt unclean all over. I got sick after eating here and my wife didnt feel good either. Things need to change before Id ever consider eating here again.

We showed up at 8 o clock...2 hours before close....the food was cold, old, and terrible...i wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy.... they didnt even offer if we wanted any thing fresh or specific...and we had to ask multiple times for our beverages to be refilled.

Good food, fast, and convenient. They do not deliver. Make sure you get your order right because any mistake will be on you, you wont find good customer service here just satisfactory at best. The motto of the staff here is "its a job I guess."

Where is is the zero star button??? Seriously this place sucks! There food is dried out and not fresh. They are so rude this little old lady fell and they didnt even ask if she was okay or didnt help her up at all they just stared at her.

Me and my wife both got food poisioning she is 7 months pregnant and the doctors here at west valley medical center will be reporting this restraunt to the FDA. not a grade A place at all and may sue the owners.

Super run down. All the food was watery, colorless, and tasteless. Nothing looked clean, and the waitstaff was too busy arguing with each other to bus tables. Would definitely never come here again.
