Pleasantly surprised. I asked a vietnamese woman where I could eat really good vietnamese food in Spokane and she recommended Vina. Good choice! Food - Upside - Really good chinese and especially good Vietnamese food. Had the chicken noodle soup (Vietnamese style) came with tons of noodles, fresh basil, lemon grass, bean sprouts, etc. Excellent. Wife had chinese - fried shrimp and chicken with veggies - came with soup and egg role - all very good. Downside - None. Atmosphere - Kitchy chinese atmosphere complete with velvet and large screen TV with poker playing. Like a family Chinese restaurant - dont propose to the Mrs here, but decent. Service - Attentive, efficient, always hustling about with food or drinks in hand. We felt welcomed and "hosted", not just served. The Asian servers are exceptionally polite and want to please you! Now thats a change from most restaurants! Prices - Down right steal! You wont spend more than $7 for tasty food and $1.25 for all you can drink pop or free chinese tea. All with attentive waitress services. You wont need to take out a second mortgage to have lunch here! Place was busy even for a Sunday afternoon - the food is that good - there are lots of regulars here.

BEST Pho in Spokane!!! I order Veggie Pho which comes in the meat broth but is full of delicious, fresh veggies (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots) and the most delicious tofu Ive ever eaten. I usually dont like tofu, but this is different - crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside, so tasty! The fresh rolls are amazing, so tasty and fresh - i get them without pork but with shrimp. My husband and I both get a big bowl of pho plus fresh rolls and with tax and tip our bill is only $17! Doesnt get better than that. To top off the best Vietnamese food in Spokane is the service at Vina - our waitress knows our names and our order - she has the order in before we even sit down and shes so sweet. My husband has also tried many different rice dishes and all are tasty. Try it out - youll be hooked!

I came here once with my Asian friends and received completely different treatment than with my non-Asian friends. Not that it was specific racism (the staff is always nice enough) but the quality of the food was waaaaay different. The one star is earned because of the quality of the ingredients. I am not sure if it was just old, frozen to long, or what, but even one of the table sauces appeared to have mold growing on the edges. eww! I eat at a lot of Asian restaurants and I am really curious as to where they purchase their food. There are only so many suppliers. Otherwise the prices seem fair, good sized portions, and fast service. I might keep trying this place when my coworkers want to go here, but please serve fresher food that hasnt gone stale or moldy!

Dont let the hot bar of food scare you away. Thats for to-go orders and I hear its pretty good. They also have stuff from the kitchen. The Mongolian beef comes served on a sizzling iron plate with a very good cut of meat, family style. The Pho is excellent (a "small" is more than enough for one person) Appears they have Korean BBQ too. And Bubble Tea (tapioca drinks) Great prices for everything except the Bubble tea (good stuff, but the prices are a bit high, Im California-spoiled from living there for a few years) The Vietnamese coffee is excellent too. Try that with tapioca in it if youre feeling adventurous, thats one of my favorite treats.

Great food with great value & service!!! My husband & i went to this place for late dinner. We got there at 8.30 & only had to wait for few minutes after ordering till our warm Pho bowls came out..just perfect for a super hungry me. I would say, Its been a while since i had a hearty Pho like this. It was so fresh & delicious! Too bad we dont have any Vietnamese restaurant in the city where we come from. Definitely will come back for more if we happen to be in the area again!! :)

Best asian food in spokane area with out a doubt! wish I knew about this place years ago. Definitely recommend their soup. Very large portions of the best hot and sour soup Ive ever had. The generals chicken was done right, crunchy tampura fried chicken in spicey chili sauce that wasnt too sweet like every where else. Just ate there yesterday for the first time and I cant wait to go back and try something else!

We stopped by and had the best pho that the Spokane Coeur dAlene area has to offer! I dont say this lightly as we have been searching for months for a good pho. I Highly reccomend this restaurant to anyone who is wanting a good bowl. They also have a great vietnamise coffee! 5 stars!! I plan on going back, great service great prices and GREAT food!

Friendly service. Parking lot can be packed. Not much variety w/ Vietnamese dishes; 1 soup and 1 bun. The rest is all Chinese. Despite the lack of choices, the food is quite good. The house fried rice is quite good; better than a lot of places Ive been to in NW Washington. So good, twice in less than a week.

I did not have pho and that was my mistake... teriyaki chicken was made with old stale hard chicken with a few pieces of fresh... the sauce reminded me of banquet Salisbury steak gravy... thick and no flavor. I had pot stickers and none were sealed. I will not return... a complete waste of $30.00

The black bean chicken and General Tsos chicken were both good. Portions are enough for two people and come in a family-style platter. Egg roll for $.99 was tasty, hot, and came with a light and sweet ... sweet and sour sauce. Plan on coming back and trying something more adventurous.

Their menu is misleading. I was lead to believe, via the menu, that there was vegetarian pho. However, its made with beef broth. That aside the service by a young waitress was excellent as she was sweet and friendly. My meat eating step father really enjoyed everything.

I ordered in and food was excellent - Needs to be cleaner I was scared to eat food- buffet food looked old and dry - floors were very dirty . I also had to ask for more water and for my check because waitress was busy talking to other coworkers - place was dead

This is a pretty basic Asian restaurant. They try and Americanize a lot of the foods, but if you take the time and talk to the owners or staff, you will get some awesome Vietnamese food. Very nice staff and nice clean place to eat.
