This restaurant was one of our worst experiences during our trip. Food was cold, service was overwhelmed, and quality was extremely BAD. Food was dumped from a can, box or freezer (thus the cold portions). Eggs were very poorly prepared, over med came out (twice) well done. Scrambled eggs were like sand paper. Our dinner had cold portions again, potatoes were pasty and from a box, meat was tough (chicken fried steak, no less) veggies were soft and mushy, fried chickens skin tasted like it was microwaved and not "Fried". Go else where, save your selves from this experience. McIE Ds would be five notches up from this place.

My husband and I had breakfast at Perkins Family Restaurant and Bakery in Burley, Idaho this morning and it was wonderful, from the lovely young hostess who seated us right away, to the friendly waiter who greeted us with a smile and brought us delicious fresh coffee, to the perfectly timed delectable food. The whole place was bright and sqeaky clean, and the entire staff were personable and professional. We will not hesitate to eat there again when and if we have business in Burley again.

Food was good but service was incredibly slow. Had to ask the waitress four times before we got a drink that she had forgotten the first time through, and not once were the drinks refilled without pestering her multiple times despite the fact that I could see only one more table of people to serve. That being said she was nice and the food was good. Might try it again some time if I have a lot of time to waist.

Ate dinner and then breakfast the following morning. Greeter placed us at the same table both times. While this wasnt something done on purpose we were seated at a table that is essentially right at the area where people come in and are greeted and also pay. Seems like an odd layout. The food was good and reasonably priced. Wait staff was efficient and friendly.

Only gave it a 1 because 0 was not available I had a hair in my food waitress sounded sick but shown up for work hopefully it wasnt contagious and my wife and my meal according to the menu was 9.99 but on the bill was almost 10.50 which wasnt even worth the 9.99 so next time Im in the mood for Perkins I will make a trip to twin falls for the better food and service

We just left the place because the hostess sat us down and we were sitting at our seats for 8 minutes when another party of 4 Sat down and a waitress immediately asked if they wanted drinks. We were there 10 minutes and still no one has come over to offer anything. First and last time my family and I go to Perkins.

Stayed at Best Western connected to Perkins. For having 5 girls all running around they are very quick to keep walking when it comes to hosting taking your order and running the till. Next time I will order in or dine somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible service; expect it. Called for a to-go order, and the waitress was rude and short with me, then got an attitude when I asked her to specify the location (its attached to Best Western), and hung up on me!

Decent food, completely horrible service. Manager didnt even seem surprised when we complained just said it was all comped. At least the manager seemed friendly she apologized and clearly had been trying her best.

Waiter was a bit slow, but once we ordered the food was served quickly. But the presentation was as such, just thrown on the plate. Luckly you cant judge a book by its cover because the food was delicious.

The food we had in the restaurant was decent, but we purchased muffins to take home that were terrible. One was as hard as a rock and another was very stale. Only one was edible. Very disappointed.

Had a chef salad. The items on top of the lettuce were ok. The pre mix bagged salad was mostly white iceberg, and old, with some wilted brown edges. Only $9.79. Worst perkins ive ever been too.

We love having Perkins in our town. Brittany was a great server...my boys said the food was great and they have the best bathrooms ever! Kids eat free on Tuesday is a stroke of genius.

One of the nicest Perkins restuarant Ive been to. Nice, spacious dining. The staff were all gracious even though it was the end of the day. The food was home cooked and not greasy
