Great pastries, food and staff by history, however recent changes may affect this. I thought for sure Ive reviewed the restaurant before, as its one of my favorites (I think forgot to save) and by history warranted 5 stars. Ive been coming here for several years, as does my brother, and friends. We often bring friends or grab items to go for self and others. Ive had most of the breads and pastries, Sooo tasty...the best fruit tarts, almond croissants in town. The crepes are light and flavorful. The sandwiches and salads tasty and fresh. Ive valued the staff being very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, organized; dining area tidy and clean even in rush, especially with Pierre present. The past several times Ive visited Ive noticed a change....some of the staff appears new, not as friendly or knowledgeable and things dont appear as organized (eg, had problems with orders, placing it paying and later finding item was not available; staff not knowing menu, the pleasant engaging personalities not present; sandwich placed on baguette instead of brioche bread), someone I know reported the same, having problems with the standard orders theyre used to making and staff not as pleasant (eg quiche usu comes with salad, senior staff relaying just not to include it until the person pushed the issue, staff not as friendly; I see now there is a change in offerings and pricing). Ive also noticed Pierre is no longer there; Pierre created a very positive upbeat and professional atmosphere and appeared to foster it in staff; very engaging with customers and knowledgeable about the menu and food. Im hoping that the recent changes get ironed out and things return to the atmosphere Ive grown to love over time; transitions sometimes take time, new staff often need time to grow and learn. The food and staff by history has been great, however atmosphere, customer service, as well as great food is important. Im putting 3 stars for now and will do an update in the future after seeing how things go.

1 Star Service - Staff is not friendly to non-French speaking people (both the man that rung us up and the woman behind the counter - they appeared to be the owners) Table was also dirty, plus no napkins in the holder on the table. Since our food took a while - we also started to notice the dust and lack of cleanliness on the lighting and window sills and door glass and welcome rugs by the doors themselves. As for the food - 5 stars - no question it is as authentic as a Parisian Cafe. The crepes are fluffy and light - the quiche is rich and flaky. Cafe at lait was also perfect. Give it a try for the food - just dont expect great service to go along with it.

Bonjour! Flaky goodness in every bite, La Belle Terre Bread is the best taste of Paris in our own Vegas heaven. They have every classic French pastry, and every one of them is mouthgasmic! My mom and I are still talking about them, with the intention to drive there... all the way from San Diego. Indoor and outdoor seating is available to enjoy your croissants and macarons. The price is fair and the service is très bien. Oh, take me there, mon amour!

Amazing. You enter the store in the morning and smell the wonderful fragrance of baked bread like in France or Italy. The baked goods are the real deal, coffee is great and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Most of the staff is French we guessed probably former casino chefs that moved out on their own, whatever the case may be it really works! Keep it up. A must stop for european tourists wanting to take a break from the US!

The food was amaxing , great sandwich selections. An actual MADE on the spot AMAZING desserts. Hard to say which was our favorite dessert. We ordered up a box of 6 different types, all delicious. Finally happy to find a location other than frozen bakery items from grocery stores. Our pleasure to meet the staff, we will be back. MIKE & PATTY visit us on Facebook at Las Vegas is Everything.

Just stopped by. Are you people on crack or something? Giving this place 5 stars. The staff, i guess it was the owner, was very rude. Paid $8 for two pastries. Cream puff had a taste of fridge and had frozen strawberries inside! You want afresh one for$8? Dreamer... Anyway, never going there again. Safeway pastries waaaayy better.

Not bad at all. Worth a try for sure. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5, is because they charge extra for coffee refills. Who does that? Thats a biggie for me. And is $1 for refills, even for the small. Very unattracting. Wont be back since I like coffee with my breakfast. But other than that its worth trying.

Probably one of the best places for pastry in town. Going here every week at least once, staff is always very, very friendly and they explain everything. Food and coffee are delicious, especially the crepes. If you are around and hungry, go there! It can be busy around lunch time though, so maybe go at around 1 or 2.

Had the croque monsieur and it was perfect! The French onion soup was also well seasoned and a decent portion. The prices are a tad high though worth it to me too have very traditional French pastries and sandwiches. Definitely coming back. I found the staff to be friendly and no issues with cleanliness.

Wow. Coming from out of town (San Diego) I was amazed to have my great friend take me to this place for my birthday treats. The only problem was that we wanted to try everything. ... Next time, I will get a made to order crepe! We had the fruit tart and a pastry stuffed with brie and fruit. Gorgeous

Returned from Paris wondering how the hell they make croissant so much better. Set out looking for a French bakery and found this place. It is AWESOME. Petes coffe that I can usually find in California, crepes, croquet Mr and mrs..! And every variety of bread and pastry....So damn good!

The best privately owned restaurant in Las Vegas. The owner is hands on every day and the food is excellent. Service is excellent and all of the food is cooked to order. The pastries are baked in house and excellent.

No napkins in the table, place is dirty, staff is very rude, they forget what you ordered or they bring you the wrong plate. Not worth the price you pay for the bland food. Pastries are very good

Great little cafe with delicious desserts. The strip could easily charge $10-15 for the desserts here, but you can get away under $5 on most things. Worth the stop. I recommend the pear tart.

Tres magnifique! Amazing! It reminded me of the food I tasted when I visited Paris many years ago. I loved the chocolate crepe and the montmatre crepe. So many delicious pastries as well.
