This was our first time dining at New day cafe, our experience was a mixed bag. I had the chilaquiles which was pretty decent, however there was hardly any enchilada sauce on it, so I asked for some additional sauce and our server promptly brought me over an extra helping. My wife ordered one of their standard breakfast dishes (eggs, bacon etc) and it seemed a bit underwhelming-literally just a set of eggs, bacon and a dish. We ordered a side of hash browns as her dish didnt include them--wish we had skipped them, as they werent very good. So in the end, my dish was decent and I would get it again, hers was not. Might be willing to come back and try something else...

NO STAR!!! Went in with special coupon or never would have bothered with this dive. May be new to the area, however, service is slow, not great. Need customer service skills which they are definitely lacking. Still waiting for the owners, Arturo and Teresa to respond to call back. As of today, still have yet to receive a call back. The owners must have passed on their lack of customer service skills onto their employees. Should not be in the restaurant business if they cannot even have the decency to call back.

Food was just okay. The service is whst earned them only 2 stars. I was ignored and didnt even get a goodbye after I played she just walked away. She seemed very uninterested in me like she already had in her mind I dont tip or something. And yes I only tipped 10% based on the treatment I received. Not sure if Im just not their typical demographic but everyone should be treated with respect.

I live literally live around the corner of the Rest. on Silverado, the food is always on time and fresh. The Servers seem to stand so far back as if youre going to give them a cold if they stand closer kinda very odd for a person(s) that deals with the public. Dont expect them to be overly friendly at all maybe because of a language barrier the reason why alot is not being said.

We used to visit New Day Cafe a lot more at their Rainbow location, but we still go to the Silverado location when we are on that side of town. My kids love their breakfast food and I like thats its not too greasy. The service is okay. Some servers are better than others but weve always had a positive experience.

Quiet it is, but also perspiration-level warm. Crepes arrived cold and gummy, more worthy of a spoon (not provided) than a fork. Butter container on the floor didnt help and the waitress extended the experience by being slow and argumentative. Perhaps these traits explain New Day being less than half full.

Great great service from Jenny always consistent food breakfast is one of those meals that you have to have everything done just so and Ive never had to send anything back and everything is always done to perfection they also have a great espresso

Food tasted like it was bought in Walmarts frozen section across the street. They couldnt even bother to cut the toast on half, for some reason that really bothers me.....And the service was TERRIBLE.
