Stick to Carryout. The pizza was as good as ever, but the service inside was awful. The waitress failed to turn in our order until 20 minutes after taking it (time stamped on receipt), then tried to slide the blame on the cooks. We had our 15 month old grandson with us and after nearly an hour of behaving wonderfully, he was ready to go. We had a few minutes to get down a few slices, but had ordered two large pizzas and had quite a bit left to take with us. The waitress and manager quoted some policy about the real boxes being part of some holy "inventory", and we could only have a couple little flimsy boxes that were smaller than a dinner plate. Luckily, we were not eating from the salad bar, as the worker was refilling it with her bare hands.

Service was poor. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, but wasnt told they didnt have any mozzarella sticks until 10 minutes later while waiting for our pizza, and it was hard to believe they were out, since there was only one person in there eating when we arrived. So just said forget it, and had it removed from our receipt. Pizza was not as good as they used to be. Menu was changed yet again, with even fewer choices. Salad bar also changed, and had poor choices. Couldnt order beer, for something with their liquor license. We will not be going back. Was very unhappy with all the changes.

Store running much better. RGM Dan Leonard, Senior Shift Mgr Mary Rowdy, Shift Leaders Melissa Glenn, Jermaine Gay & team have done much to improve store. Yes some issues and absenteeism does happen now & then but overall the store has improved. Sometimes store gets overwhelmed with calls at same time, please feel free to utilize Internet during busier times. Thanks again folks :)

Service was horrible. No customer service. Got buffet and had to dig for a clean bowl in the stacks to put my pizza in since they had no clean plates. Table was clean but seat was leaned back horribly.

Im not a big fast food guy, and they dont deliver to where I live, but nobody does. Theyve always had my food as ordered and been quite professional and friendly. I like them for carry out at least.

The service was slow, my food was cold, there was only one waitdress and I was over charged. One of the workers can in to help out, but services was still slow. I want be going back here no time soon

No pizza on the buffet. Sorry as hell, guess I still have to pay for a buffet that I didnt even get to eat. They should have stayed closed if they couldnt serve people pizza.
