Where Pottery Barn meets Southern cuisine. This spin on culinary classics is not to be missed and shows that Southern food can be refined and elegant. The mixture of food is as rich as the vanilla bean ice cream and embraces the variety of celebrated dishes from state to state. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner and his wife on my last visit to the restaurant. They are involved in every aspect from the creation of these Southern delights to the delivery at the table. I also learned the owner is serving in the military....Now I know where all this attention to detail comes from.

Great atmosphere, excellent service and fantastic meals! I had the Shrimp Etoufee for lunch and it was the best Ive ever had. They have a very diverse menu including a childrens menu that is hard to choose from all the delicious looking/sounding meals. Casual/business casual dress seemed most common among the other diners. The specials off-menu sounded equally delicious. Cajun flavors and crawdads were a welcome change from a traditional sit down lunch. If you find yourself in Dublin, GA, this place must be tried!

Fantastic food and some great GA craft beer on tap sometimes. Luckily, the last I visited, they just tapped Cherry Streets Steppin Razor IPA. Great beer, great food, and fantastic service. The owner will usually come by and check in every table if he can. If it werent for him, I would have missed an opportunity to consume more Cherry Street beverages. Definitely the best place to eat in Dublin, as well as anywhere between the route from Macon to Savannah.

The food is always amazing. Yet the service has issues. Seems like too many servers and orders getting forgot about and food was cold when served....2 times. My drink was NEVER refilled Even after some other server asked what I had and said she would be back with refills. Most of these 5 star reviews are because the owner is a staple in the community. Alot of fluffed reviews.... though they do Great food. Little high priced. 3 stars is adaquate.

Nice addition to the food scene in Dublin. Husband and I were here visiting over the holidays and went here with the in-laws. I had chicken and waffles, which was good, though not exceptional. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was modern and industrial (and well done). Nice selection of beers on draft and an interesting cocktail list that I unfortunately didnt get to try. All and all worth a visit if you are in Dublin.

We stopped into Dublin in our way into Savannah and boy are we glad we did. The food is excellent equalled with good old Southern hospitality and service. Reasonably priced because the portions are more than adequate. Fantastic bar too, well stocked and the barman knows how to mix a good cocktail and on par with recommending a good wine. Do you self a favour and stop in - you wont regret it.

Good food. Value is decent. Server wasnt the best - We asked about beers, she just read the list. I was expecting a bit more explanation of what they were instead of just a list. 7$ for a draugh beer is also a bit on the pricey side. She also asked us if we wanted desert when we were only half-way done the meal. Gave a rushed feeling to the experience. Food came out promptly.

This place has amazing food & good craft beer. I was completely satisfied with my experience here. I had the Pork & Crawfish Grillades. It was beyond amazing! I was so excited to find somewhere in Dublin that has good craft beer. The staff were attentive & helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dublin, GA area looking for great food & drink.

As a Chef Instructor, I can tell you CS is spot on with their menu, food and service. Chef Richards takes his unique infusion from Louisiana and blends it with a southern flare that you only find in NOLA culinary community. This restaurant is one of my favorites in mid-Ga. and on my way with my wife right now for dinner.

These people know good food! Unique, fresh, and sophisticated, CoSup has become one of my all time favorite places to dine. A few must-tries....pork grillades, chicken nachos, the pork chop, delta chicken, and the ribeye (off menu, ask your server). Literally, the best steak Ive ever had. Love this place!

Our service was HORRIBLE, our food was very over salted and our meals were lukewarm at best. Our server brought us the wrong drinks and left them on the table for our entire meal. Items on the menu were no longer items they offered including a Cuban sandwich and muffuletta sandwich. So very disappointed!!

The food is very good, but we were disappointed that the prices went up on the steak that we enjoy when we go there. The Crawfish is an addition now, when before it came on the steak. Also there was not much crawfish sauce with it either. Manager may need to consider changing back. Bad change.....

Way too expensive and slow service. Our waitress was clueless and slow. The food was okay but definitely not worth the price. Beer selection was nice but not for the price.Focused too much on the "hipster" atmosphere then the food and service quality. Overall it was okay but not worth the price.

This restaurant was a wonderful experience! The Waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful about menu choices and very knowledgeable about the town and the area. The chicken was delicious and the crawfish po boy was also! Highly recommend a short drive off the highway for this treat! Thanks

Had the delta chicken and a burger with fries. Cost about the same as applebees. The delta chicken said Sun dried tomatoes were on top of the chicken. I found one not much bigger than a dime. Seating could stand to be a little more comfortable. Otherwise a good addition to Dublin

I love this place! My girlfriend has been a waitress here, and I come and order the Pork and Crawfish Grillades. They also serve good steak, rotisserie chicken, and their gumbo is excellent. Good location to eat at in downtown Dublin; its right across from Deanos near the courthouse.

The atmosphere is beautiful! The industrial, vintage motiff sets the mood for the visit. The menu is full of delicious options, however, ask your server for daily special and you wont leave hungry or disappointed! The wine list is plentiful and served perfectly!

Just Passing through Dublin and chose this place because of the reviews, more than lived up to the ratings. Great food, atmosphere and staff. A must try for anyone driving through or lucky enough to live near.

Most of the food was really good as always. Had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the pan seared tuna. Both great. Waiter gave great service. The "fried spinach" side was terrible. It tasted of raw garlic.

My wife and I were in Dublin on business and found this great eatery right in the middle of town. We had never been in Dublin, but when we go, this is the place to eat. Grreat memu and staff.

Amazing local bistro serving a variety of grilled items and liquor selection. The manager made a suggestion on my chicken and it was totally worth it. They cater to the customers taste.
