New building but same horrible service. Waited over 15 minutes and still no food. Had to request a refund. My order was given to someone else. My little kid was so disappointed. Manager didnt seem to care to give the refund or to apologize for the poor service. She just made excuses. I will not return to this location for sure. Yet another reason people dont go to East Dublin for food and why its so run down.the other reviews with 5 stars are employees or paid for a review. This location may look new and nice but unfortunately its service is non existent.

I didnt even want to give it one star... they do not have a grill... preheated hamburgers on a flat top then microwaved... horrible... the only thing I could eat from there was bbq because it came out of a can... they ruined that also... nasty microwaved meat with even worse sauce... avoid this hell.... never again for me...

I cant stretch it enough on the atmosphere it is fantastic for familys or just for a quick bite to eat , nice covered patio with projectors to watch TV and very nice roomy space within the inside , and to top it off I give the staff almost a 100% they know what there doing , I fully recommend it!!!!

Love the new digs; they definitely needed the investment. The parking & drive-thru update were a safety concern previously, but this location has earned an extra star for its new look & feel from me. Definitely makes me want to stop before driving on into town more often now.

Great American icon the management and staff goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to please you even if you run out of change the greatest New York style cheesecake strawberry shakes in the world my reverence wife happens to love them we go there twice a week like clockwork
