I was driving to Florida and I was looking for Starbucks when I found it thats very happy unfortunately my happiness is gone minute I walk into this place if I could I would -5 stars and quickly reason being why First of all the so-called balistas didnt know what is John Wayne or undertow. You walk in and unfortunately you feel worst attitude of all employees like they have to work here like it is mandatory for them to be here and to be pissed off enough for everyone. thats okay but I was asking if he could ask other colleagues and unfortunately I got no answer and coworkers even didnt bother to get involved since the place was empty and they heard me asking to ask for help of his other Batistas thats okay too but the place when you working in the morning none of those guys are even smile or give you welcome unfortunately Im sorry I felt like they have to work here its like theres no other place to work looks like theyre very unhappy thats my opinion as the customer will travel throughout United States and has been visited many places not only Starbucks but this is one of the worst Starbucks that I have been in. I have save this place on the Google application so I will never come back over here. I would rather drive another 10 miles just to get my coffee elsewhere but thats okay I have learned and hopefully if you read this you will be cautious what to expect.

The Starbucks Experience - mine was so great! It was more than I expected but everything that I was told it could be. From the moment that I crossed the threshold, I was treated like VIP. I was greeted verbally and with smiles when I walked in the door by the baristas. I ordered the Eggnog Frappe. When the shift manager went to confirm if it was available, I encouraged him not to because I choose something else. He insisted and went to find out. He came back and informed me that it wasnt available until next Tuesday and suggested a flavor, which I got. They offered to remake it if it wasnt to my liking but the drink was delicious! The barista who made it did a great job. I was so impressed. After that, I just had to tell them that I worked for the company in the customer service department. They were too hyped to receive the compliment. The general manager even came out to greet me and she was very personable. I was blown away by the efforts that they made to make me feel like I was special as a customer. You would have thought that I spent $100.00 when I only can in to redeem a free coupon on my app! I will definitely be back.

Starbucks always has the best coffee. I frequent this Starbucks a lot, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have complementary wi-fi internet, and the tables are always clean. Visit this Starbucks when you are in Valdosta--you cannot go wrong. I do not, however, understand why folks are remarking about their diverse employees. As long as I get what I paid for, I do not care if it is prepared by a African bushman or the Queen of England. If my drink is wrong, you will hear it in stereo.

Never been to a worse Starbucks.... as far as cleanliness and attitude. Angela must have had a bad morning. Ordered a coffee "with room" and she filled it to the top. Asked her to pour out a little bit (so I wouldnt pour into their trash can) and she poured out almost half and angrily sat it down on the counter. Not a good way to bring customers coming back.

Starbucks is awesome, I have atleast three frappuccinos a week and they are amazing, there have been three times that I havent been happy with my drink in four years and its the same girl that messes it up every time so I cant be to upset, I just dont order if I see she is working. And there is not just one race of people working there, there are definetly two.

one time I waited for like 20 min in the drive thru for them to mess up my drink order and told me that the food item I ordered was actually sold out and if I would like to pick something else so I did. also told me they would have to refund some of the money cause the second item was cheaper. waited like 5 min longer and didnt even receive a refund.

Ive road tripped through here a few times in the last month and both times I stopped here service was horrible, bathrooms filthy, drinks okay once you finally got them. who is the manager - they need to go back to school to learn how to divvy up responsibilities to their staff. also, would it kill the damn cashiers to smile!? we will never know.

Worst starbucks Ive been to in a while. No whole milk, no half/half (how do you make a latte without??, how do you not send an employee to go get some). Line out the door. And on top, one bathroom our of order and the other with no supplies. People of Valdosta apparently dont know that they should demand better of their local starbucks.

Always nice and clean, and the service and speed of service is usually pretty good. A little bit hard to get in and out of, as its on the very corner of one of our interesting intersections here in Valdosta. All in all, an above average Starbucks experience here. All in all, an above average Starbucks experience here

Slow as Christmas, my first coffee was terrible and when I came back from the races and got a new one the next morning they blamed the espresso machine but never offered to replace my $7 coffee with added espresso. Wasnt impressed at all with it and I drink Starbucks 2 times a day.

I go here often. I dont have any complaints honestly. Sometimes I get a latte that isnt as good as the usual but I think thats because different/new workers and those lattes arent bad. The service is always friendly and I havent had a problem with wait times either.

Easy to get to from I75. Less than friendly service. Thought everything was cool until I had to take my daughter to the bathroom which had no soap and was a mess. Id prefer to think that maybe the person before me was the cause and the employees had no idea.

Every single day I go here and just get flaming blazing hyped on coffee for the day ahead. I absolutely love STARBUCKS COFFEE! Its wontonbar! They should be open 247 so I can go when I get up to use the bathroom at night. Starbucks is fabulous.

I purchased a white chocolate mocha with coconut milk and no whip. The order was taken quickly, made correctly, and delivered promptly. Our barista was polite, friendly, and efficient. Overall it was a perfect experience for an occasional treat.

Coffee never tastes the same!! They are always out of everything!! My coffee usually taste like water!! I quit going to this Starbucks and will only go to the Northside Starbucks! Northside Starbucks employees are way friendlier!!!

Great for drive thru, horribly slow if you walk in. Soy milk was old and had caked so I had floaters in my tea. Very clean, warm atmosphere, and served their sandwiches piping hot! Low stars for wait and poor product quality.
