Bad management! This last time just did it for me. I eat here all the time and the manager knows my face, I dont expect him to know my name. If anyone has ever ordered a taco salad. they dump everything on it so its hard to tell whats missing. After eating my salad, I noticed that I wasnt getting any cheese on my bites so i continue eating thinking I would get to it on the other side. Halfway through, I notified the manager that they forgot to add the cheese, he told me the kitchen said Id have to pay extra...for something they omitted in the first place! Are you kidding me!! I couldnt believe the manager didnt have the authority to give me $1 worth of cheese for benefit of doubt. I didnt believe it when he said the kitchen said Id have to pay a dollar :-( I thought the owner put you in charge??? Terrible service from management!! Wrong call! I work in customer service and sometimes you have to give a little to maintain customer loyalty. $1 worth of cheese that may or may not have been added was not asking a lot. Dont tell me your kitchen has never made a mistake:-/

The food came out relatively fast, and was just decent. The servers dont handle themselves that professionally, and they didnt come to check on the table often enough. They had a Thursday special that they failed to mention when I asked about how much the margaritas were. He told me about the difference between house and Texas, and we later noticed that a PITCHER would be wayyyy cheaper than the Texas bowl. When we asked him about it, he said its what I asked for....ignoring the fact that I originally asked for prices. He then tells me that had I further asked about the house, that he would have THEN told me about the special. When we asked if we could switch, he said that they "dont waste alcohol" and that we could get the special but would still need to pay for the more expensive drink. Just overall lacking care or customer service. Just go to a chain restaurant and save yourself the hassle

Pardon my language but this hole in the wall was F***ING TERRIBLE!!! If you know & love authentic mexican food this place doesnt even deserve your attention... Our waiter was so unprofessional, I ordered camarones al mojo de ajo & it was shrimp sitting in this oily stuff...gross! I didnt even taste any garlic and when I asked for fresh garlic I was brought powder...seriously?? Even my margarita was awful! My husband wanted to order a virgin daquiri but they dont offer "virgin drinks", then he asked what kind of juices do they have available & they dont even serve juice! I have never been more disappointed eating mexican food :( if youre a mexican food lover, I beg you dont waste your time & money at this establishment!

The experience here sucked. They have better food and service on a farm in Iowa. My husband got his food and I sit there and waited and watched him eat then when I asked about my food the manger asked me if I would like my bill. Rude as all. Never got my food or my tacos to go!!! Waited another 30 minutes to get our bill food still didnt come!! My husband told him he wasnt paying for the food we didnt get. He the manger was even ruder to him. My husband is a com and kewl guy but was very upset when he left this place and told we would never be back!!!

My service was wonderful with Giselle, but my customer service went from good to awful..do to the fact that my chimichunga was not good. When I asked for it to be taken off since I didnt eat it, I was told that since its been at the table for 30 min. they couldnt refund it. I am a single mom with two boys, so I didnt get to eat my food right away. That shouldnt not have any effect on my refund especially when my food was not good and I only took two bits. Management really needs a lesson in customer service!!!!!!

Only gave it a star because I had to in order to give a review of this awful place !! I live in Union City and I really frequent this place a lot because it is close to home however , with the way the service is I wouldnt mind driving to Fairburn or even Virginia Ave. The manager is not professional and the staff is the exact same expert for a few . Each time I visit I say I will not return but I mean it this will be the last time . If you want good service dont come here period !!! You have been warned

Wish I didnt have to give a star to rate, this place is beyond horrible. Management sucks and will argue with you when they mess up your order. The waitress practically threw my food at me, and based off her attitude, I wouldnt be surprised if she spit in it. I just counted it as a loss and know to never go back. Please dont spend your money here, theres better options.

The worst "authentic" mexican restaurant i have EVER been to. Service was rude as hell and the food was GARBAGE!!! I ordered shrimp nachos and got some BS that wasnt even fit to feed my dog. Save yourself a trip and from wasting your money and drive right past this place...PLEASE!!!!!

Service is always bad,they never give you enough of anything.you have to pay for salsa and chips other places is unlimited. Ask for limes they cut them so thin you cant squeeze juice from them.the drinks are week,which forces you to get a Texas which is too strong.wont be back

Great food with a large selection to choose from. They even go out of their way to accommodate allergies. The service itself can be hit or miss, but its never a bad experience, just sometimes slow and hard to get drink refills.

A loud guest at the bar. Ask the waiter if he could ask her to quiet down he told me he had no control. Salsa was bland as well. Much better atmosphere at restaurant in fayetteville which is aboit 10 minutes from here.

I give it a low "3" only for the drinks and the close proximity. There are so many fast food joints on this strip. It feels nice to be served every now and again; without having to commute to a sit-down restaurant.
