I know after serving at a Mexican restaurant there are definite lulls in the day when you dont get great service when the employees arent paying much attention between lunch and dinner. There was no one in the entire restaurant who would greet me, though multiple workers standing around. I went in alone on a lunch break around 1:30... Sat myself after exploring the restaurant at the bar (which is where you usually get the best attention while its slow.. and especially if the bar walks straight into the kitchen), gave my drink order and order together to simplify it. The restaurant and bar were empty. Ordered a side of Pico and tacos sans lettuce. Never received chips (which is what I ordered for the Pico for, I clearly didnt want it to pour over the tacos that already have big chunks of tomato on them). The bar tender disappeared until my food was ready, meanwhile I look around for water, chips and salsa while 3-5 other employees stand around. My food comes and I have to ask for the chips. Get them and they arent hot, not the hardest chips ever but still quite hard, no salt (until i have to stand up and search for it on a table) and verging on stale. Salsa is just well pureed tomatoes with a little seasoning, no constitution to it. Beef tacos were edible but full of grease, the drippage from 2 covered nearly half my plate. There were trace amounts of cheese sprinkled through the beef and tomatoes. Bar tender checked back after I finished and was only friendly when I was trying to pay, which thankfully she brought my check as soon as I said I didnt need anything else. She was certainly attentive when I put the payment out, otherwise not at all. Only satisfaction was not being hungry anymore and not being charged for the side of Pico I requested. Wouldnt return or recommend.

Not sure how to rate, our 2 experiences were completely different. Last week the young waitress was friendly and prompt and made helpful suggestions. My girlfriends Nachos were the bomb. Balanced with enough of all the different ingredients and my plate checked all the boxes. We decided to make this our weekly outing! Cut to tonight. Waiter was terse. We asked about splitting a plate of nachos and he interrupted twice saying, chicken or beef without letting us finish the order. When the nachos arrived they were the opposite of the prior week. The smallest smear of guacamole, no cheese sauce and not a drop of refried beans. Had to order a side of beans and cheese dip just to complete the plate. When the waiter, we dont know his name since he never introduced himself, dropped off the side of beans he dropped and ran, never asked if we needed anything etc. So here we sit with a pitcher of margaritas and zero ice, a side of cheese dip with no chips and real disappointment. We are looking for a weekly date spot close to home and really thought we had found it. Trying to decide if we try again or move on.

I had dinner with my family today and I suppose I should have read the reviews before coming here. The service was extremely slow and the food could have been a lot better. They brought out beef nachos when my other half ordered shredded chicken. We waited 20 minutes before someone took our drink order and another 15 minutes before we got them. We waited almost an hour to get our food and it was cold. The manager was very sweet and did his best to make sure we were ok. If I come back, it will be because the manager was very kind and tried to be as prompt as he could to get us what we needed. I had no idea who our server was because several people kept coming to our table. We traveled to Atlanta from out of town and I enjoyed the time with my family despite the food and slow service. Thank you to the manager who displayed great customer service to pick up the slack of the other employees.

I was really suspicious that this place might be a large mass of suck attached to a stupid comfort inn. But, I sauntered over anyway, and was surprised to find it bustling with both locals and hotel folk, and a few spanish speakers coming for dinner. The food was inexpensive but tasty and satisfying, very east-coast mexican (i just came from nor-cal), and lots of vegetarian options. They were flexible too. My server spoke to me in Spanish and it was actually fun, after a minute of adjustment, to dust off the language and order a burrito supremo and enchiladas de queso. He clearly spoke English and I think was just being friendly. HIghly recommended -- I would not only come back, but if I had to lay over in Atlanta I would go somewhere near just so I could eat here again!

Un mal servicio al cliente! Como es posible que siendo paisanos den mal trato discriminando el mesero en ningun momento fue amable ni se acerco a preguntar si todo estaba bien aun asi se le dejo su propina para que sepa que no somos igual a el!

Ive read some of the other reviews and was surprised to hear the complaints. We love to eat here, and do practically weekly! The food is always fresh, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. They have GREAT salsa, and GREAT frozen margaritas. They also have a reward program in place so with frequent visits you earn free food... every 5th visit we get the free cheese dip-its wonderful! We hope you will give them a try, and that you will enjoy your visit as much as we do! Beverly

The spinach dip was great, but the quesadilla de camaron did not come as advertised. The menu on the website lists a quesadilla with peppers, onions, and mushrooms served with a side of beans and rice. Instead I got a quesadilla with shrimp only and a side of rice. I was really disappointed, it was not worth the price. I have ordered the food to go and didnt realized until I got home. I would order from la fiesta again but Id definitely double check that I would be getting what I ordered.

Terrible!!! Food might be good? But management are idiots! I ordered a Coronita-Rita (a margarita with a small 6oz Corona upside down in it). My bud ordered an ordinary margarita. His was $9.00, mine was $15.00!!! A full size Corona was only $3.00. So I asked the manager why was mine $6.00 more?! In broken English he told me it was "tricky" and "if that was all"!!! AHole! I could have ordered a margarita and TWO 16oz Coronas for the same price... Stupid place!

Been here many times over the years. The menu is comprised of your standard tex-mex fare. Everything Ive had has been consistently tasty over the years. It isnt any better or worse than any other tex-mex place you will find around here but it is consistently good. The staff is friendly and helpful but not overwhelming. Big portions. Would have gotten 4 stars except the hours are wrong. Either that or they closed early. Dont try and go after 11pm like I did.

I happened by chance to come across this place. I had hotel reservations across town and decided it was too scary of a hotel so we moved to the Motel 6 next door. My family loves Mexican food so we took a chance. I am so glad we did! The food was amazing and our waitress India was the nicest most positive person in this city! Thank you India for the great service, positive attitude, and the singing. We will absolutely be back!
