We left Red Lobster and decided to get some ice cream for dessert. I dont really get ice cream too much anymore. My favorite place, Sheridans on Lawrenceville Hwy, closed years ago and I LOVED then. But I had a sundae with strawberries and pineapples. It was good. I like that they have several sized cups and not just the standard small, med, and large. Theres a size for every appetite. They also have sugar free choices which is nice. The older gentleman wasnt very talkative but my sundae was correct, everything was clean, it tasted good, and thats what mattered. I will go back again.

My family went here for 20+ years, and after years of ice creams, carvel sandwiches and birthday cakes, they made a cake with the wrong flavors (for my grandmothers 80th birthday, after refusing to help my 84-year-old grandfather when he came to order it because they were too busy to take a cake order) and instead of remaking it and admitting their mistake when I saved a slice to show them, they accused me of buying another cake from somewhere else in order to get a free one. It was Seinfeld-like absurd. I strongly recommend NOT going to this shop. There are some Brusters nearby.

Yuk Yuk and more yuk. I had butter pecan and it was flavorless as we were sitting there chatting a roach came crawling from the prep area around the noticably dirty floor. The owner was not friendly and walked out with us- leaving the store with crud all over the floor, the case dirty and just placing a foam cover over the ice cream!!!

Needs a good cleaning. Cake freezers had rust in them and had seen there better days. Owner sat behind the register in his office chair with an old towel thrown over the back while on his laptop and never spoke to us. Female worker was nice and friendly but had her son running around the entire time. Not a professional business at all

This is the only carvel on the Atlanta area and come here when I need my ice cream soft serve craving satisfied. They are different then busters or Ritas by far making all the ice cream in the store. The others just get them shipped in.

This ice cream place is the best, it satisfies my taste for the best ice cream. They werent lying when they said its Americas Freshest ice cream. I love the staff here they are very kind and nice and easy to get along with.

lost our business after the person behind the counter could not communicate with us in english. And we watched her drop a spoon on the ground and place it back in the container for customers to use. Disgusting!

I been buying milkshakes w/ chocolate sprinkles n chocolate crunch. The customer service is excellent. My milkshakes are always good n chocolatly if thats a word. Im a chocolate freak.
