Im sorry I took my Dad here for the "Fathers Day Pancake Breakfast." We went in to this location this morning, halfway through the advertised Pancake Breakfast hours. One plate of our pancakes was brought to us, and we looked around to see butter and syrup nowhere in the cafe. After my dad went up to ask for them, he used some of the flavored butter sitting on the counter for the bread slices. I saw the employee behind the counter give us a dirty look for doing so. Im not sure what we were supposed to do with our dry pancakes, without butter and syrup, halfway through the posted breakfast hours. After the staff finally put out bottles of Kroger brand syrup, I saw the same employee explain to another father that if he didnt want to use the Kroger syrup, he could buy a bottle of their specialty syrup. BUY SYRUP?! At a pancake breakfast? The fact that the employee offered that to the father is beyond tacky. At the end of our time there, I saw and heard the same employee and another employee snickering behind the counter that a customer in the back corner of the cafe was sleeping. No, she wasnt sleeping; she was reading a book in the sunshine. Again, incredibly tacky - and rude - for employees to be acting in this manner. Im the biggest fan of Great Harvest, but if they are going to advertise a "Fathers Day Pancake Breakfast," the service and offerings had better be on par with the prices.

This is actually an update from a previous review that I did. Ive now stopped in 3 times before 8 in the morning to get a cinnamon roll, and each time the woman tells me itll be another 15 min (or a little more). This morning I told her that this was the 3rd time and her response was "Oh, and theyre not ready yet? Its because we dont have everything out right at 7." It was 8 in the morning by this time! I told her this and all she could do was apologize. Look, I get it, Cinnamon rolls arent the only breakfast food they offer but if you open at 7, this requires early prep so that you are READY at 7. This is obviously a case of poor management. You cant open the doors at 7 and then start getting food ready. Maybe they dont care about money, but when you do this, youre losing an entire hour to 2 of business. If you open at 7, you should have someone there at 5 in the morning prepping, cooking, so that everything is on the counter and ready for sale by 7. The place is pretty much always dead, and maybe this is due to location, but the poor management cant help matters at all. I HIGHLY recommend the Johns Creek location but this one just needs to call it quits at this rate or change management. Other reviewers have had problems so its apparent that its not working as is.

I love their bread, it tastes very good. I love their pumpkin chocolate chip tea cake a lot. I bought their bread for almost 2 years. But, I am not anymore. The reason is, recently in their honey wheat bread I found a small roach! I am pretty sure it is a roach, and I took the bread to their notice. They did give me a new loaf for free but their explanation was that it is not a roach, but a sprouted grain instead, and it must be because they use the the pans interchangeably while making other breads which have grains. The thing is I know how a roach looks like and how a sprouted grain looks like. I felt bad for them not being able to take it seriously or openly to look into the issue. Although food tastes awesome the first priority for anyone is hygiene. My one year old would be eating that bread. I didnt like the way it was received by them brushing it off, it gave me a feeling that they wanted not to make it evident as they might have to admit to it and might lose the reputation. That lost my trust. I stopped buying their bread. I buy at other bakeries who make bread daily. They are not the only ones who make good and tasty bread daily!

[TL;DR] the bread is amazing and fantastic. skip the grilled chicken if youre going the panini route though. its rubbery and gross like it came out of a frozen bag. this a treat to the neighborhood. the breads made here are dense and delicious like it came out of your own bread machine. i tried their grilled cheese sandwich on focaccia. quite delicious. while we were there, we tried a sample of different breads that the counter folks were more than happy to serve. very friendly. that was better than walking through costco on a sunday afternoon. might as well get the coffee, too. its illy -- and not disappointing at all.

They were very fast, and very good. high quality ingredients. Nicest people ever. The smoked turkey sandwich was among the best I have had in Atlanta. This food is so good, I am taking the time to write this review. Service was awesome. The pickle was wonderful. I found my new favorite sandwich shop.

The store and the folks that work there are great! I sampled the cheesy bread, and purchased it after seeing how it really had chunks of cheese inside. However, the loaf I took home barely had any cheese. I was a bit disappointed and hope this was just a fluke, but still Im debating going back.

Only been here once but really enjoyed it. The bread is delicious and they had over a dozen of fresh types to choose from. We had our complimentary slice and a breakfast sandwich - delicious. They were a bit on the pricey side, but not bad considering the quality.

They are consistently excellent. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients. Even their gluten free offerings are good. Their generous samples are enticing. By sampling I purchase breads that I most likely would have never considered before.

Customer service is great here, as is the food. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and espresso. They gave me a slice of delicious almond joy tea cake while I waited. Clean, quick, tasty, and nice employees!
