Called in my first order here, and had no issues. When I came to pick it up, the lady kept trying to snatch my debit card out of my hand without answering my question of, "Is my food ready" After me asking four times, she finally admitted that no it was not ready. When I asked why not? She claimed that they had my name on a list not sorry or even at that I told her this was preposterous as Ive never been there before Still trying to snatch my debit car out of my hand, she say yes you have, but K Ill serve you this time. The food will be ready in five minutes. When I asked what type of fried food only takes five minutes to get ready? She got mad and said just give me your card!! (Still snatching away) I immediately left. They definitely lost a customer before they even gained one. Extremely disrespectful. Clearly cares more about money than providing quality food and good customer service.
