Well for starters the girl named Payton acted like she was going to give me just a regular oh plain glazed doughnut for my birthday when my coupon clearly states a doughnut of your choice. She didnt really bother to read it fully through. If you get a birthday coupon from krispy kreme by signing up for their email club please make sure that the cashier is aware of the doughnut of your choice or explain that to them. Dont just let them or the cashier just give you any doughnut without asking you or just letting them act careless about it. Luckily there was a guy who came to the counter when i turned back around to the counter who actually fixed the situation for me and gave me what I wanted to begin with. He was nice about it. I wish I had got his name before I left that location. But I wanted him to get recognized.

Went to this location on Saturday to get the chocolate glazed as advertised for the eclipse. They were not making any and the display cases were almost empty. Settled for 1/2 dozen regular and 12 dozen cream filled. When I tried to order a lemonade mango I was told that they were out of that and I could get a regular lemonade. Well can someone explain to me as why you have a menu posted but dont have whats on the menu ? After reading other reviews I can understand that this location is very poorly managed. Maybe Krispy Kream Corpate needs to seen a team to retrain the management and replace they management and retrain the staff working there.

Very slow and bad service. We had to repeat our order multiple times, and they did not have either of the two specialty doughnuts they were heavily advertising. They did not tell us they did not have the second type until after they confirmed our order and we got up to the window. Did not have two other types of common doughnuts we tried to get after that. Had to repeat entire order again, and then they only gave us two of the three doughnuts we ordered. On top of that they managed to mess up the large black coffee we ordered and verified with them numerous times. Just a mess overall.

I never have issues here. The hot sign seems like its always on. I pass by on my way to work at 5:50 am, the hour sign is on. On my way back at 3, on again. I dont stop every time but I do look usually. I guess they do it once an hour. Works for me. Im not a coffee drinker but I like their other drinks. The frozen lemonade they had this summer was good. I did get a bad batch once tho... The service is good and fast though. Only complaint is navigating getting in and out from south Cobb through south Cobb traffickers.

We love krispy kreme but this location is the worst weve witnessed. They produce poor quality donuts with horrible service. Unfortunately its the closest to our home so weve had too many unpleasant experiences from this store: No filling in filled donuts, stale donuts, and not making the specialty donuts as advertised. Its even more frustrating when the employees show no empathy, make no apologies, nor do they offer concessions. Youve been warned: Buy your donuts elsewhere.

Cashiers are always friendly. Hot donuts melt in your mouth. I took my cousin here & gave her a verbal warning of how good these donuts were. I shared with her that these glazed donuts have caused me to leave the house in the wee hours to search for the Red, Hot sign. Ive also come to work late waiting on 3 hot dozens. My tardiness was excused when my boss learned that I was bringing hot, fresh, glazed Krispy Cremers- hee, hee

Ordered two dozen donuts one assorted one original they didnt have a lot of the ones I wanted but I settled for what was there. However I ended up being disappointed by how nasty they were. The donuts didnt taste fresh at all, in fact they were very oily and tasted oily as if they were soaked in dirty cooking oil.

I have not been to a Krispy Kreme in like forever so imagine my surprise when I order one doughnut and told "that will be $1.19" When in the world did that injustice happen!!!!!! They doughnuts not that good...well I paid for it so they must be :-/ They appear to be smaller and sweeter but I could be wrong...

We are looking for a good alternative to DD. This is not it. The hot coco didnt taste fresh, they didnt have any of the specilty selections they heavely advevertise including the oreo drink. We settled for a dozen mixed and the doughnuts we did get did not taste fresh even though this was 8 in the morning.

The lady running the drive-thru was very rude she got our order wrong and wasnt courteous at all. Not to mention they were out of almost everything that I asked for. If someone hates their job or their life that much I think you should be looking into another career field.

Extremely clean with just a hint of glaze in the air... Seriously, this is a great store with a kind staff and great service. Located on busy South Cobb Drive at the East-West Connector, dont miss the entrance or you might have trouble getting back to the store!

Slow and stop serving glazed donuts at 10pm yet they stay open until 11pm. It cost extra for other types of donuts even though all I wanted was glazed donuts to begin with. If youre going to shut the machines down early then close the store at the same time.

Not bad for a syrupy sweet doughnut! I can see why they are addictive but I prefer the "special editions". The strawberry shortcake is great. Come in off the South Cobb Drive side, otherwise it will take forever to get around the shopping center.

I tried to redeem a birthday coupon shortly after receiving it in my email. They refused to do so saying i could only use it after my birthday. The manager would not scan the coupon to see if it would work. Left upset and empty handed.

I normally go to this Krispy Kreme quite frequently. This morning I stopped by and although the hot sign was on, I was given child doughnuts. I had my taste buds ready for the hot and fresh treats and was thoroughly disappointed.

His location turns the hot right now light around 6pm in the evening so far I know. They have the viewable doughnut belt where kids can have a peep at how they make it . I always love the original glazed and hot chocolate.

Used to have hot donughnuts but lately their hot light is never on. No matter what time of day I come by. I dont prefer this location, but if its the one Im closest to, Ill stop, otherwise I drive to Ponce De Leon.
