Its common here to go to the restroom with no toilet paper and if there are some rolls, they are of the lowest quality (come on guys, you are Starbucks. THE Starbucks.) - its really thin, breaks quickly, as you may see the pieces on the floor with no staff care enough to check and clean the restroom every once in a while. Well, that would be too much to ask since the staff rarely check if the restrooms have got toilet paper. It happened 4 out of 5 times I go there. Either everyone was too busy (but it wasnt really. You got pretty chatty staff, they like to talk to each other. Not so much on working) or everyones too good to be handling the restroom. Today I came, got my coffee and a bag of chips, and theres no napkins at all. I looked at the staff, and all of them were giggling, talking with each other, just nobody cares. I asked for some napkins, they looked at each other, and finally one of them remembered where they put the napkins ("theyre in the back!"), and when one of them filled the napkins container, she over filled it, looks pretty messy with napkins over flow. It looks as if the person who put it "dont have time for this". My comments come down to two points: 1. You guys can do better than this, 2. Or if you cant, there are people out there who actually want to work and can do better than you. Thanks.

Save your money and go to a more professional Starbucks or other coffee shop. With eight people behind the counter and only ONE person filling walk in drink orders, no wonder the service is was so terrible. Ive been a longtime Starbucks customer, ordering the same beverage for years. This store repeatedly tried to pass the amount of a liquid that would barely fill a tall drink into a grande cup. It seems like this store tries to cut costs by selling $4.00 cups of foam instead of lattes. Literally 1/3 of my drink was foam today. The wait time was outrageous too. Disappointed.

Ordered a soy chi for daughter who cannot drink milk. Asked the person taking to order to make sure it was soy as we have received milk before. With an attitude he stated that they were very careful in making their drinks. The I watched the barista make her soy drink in the dairy tin. When I asked if the drink was soy she said yes and when I asked her about the dairy container she said oh, is that not okay? Actually it isnt. I called the store several times to report this to the manager who was either not there or could not take the call. Im done with Starbucks.

This is by far the only Starbucks in town that can consistantly get a drink order correct. The customer service is also exceptional regardless of the time of day. I will go out of my way passing other stores to get to this one, and if for some reason things arent running smoothly...say broken headsets and a line around the whole store? You are compensated for your wait by friendly sevice, a free drink, and your order STILL made to perfection!

Not all that great and the sandwiches that I order, were very dry and stale. The frappe was just ok.................. I will just have to go to another Starbucks location. Because this location of Starbucks I feel ripped off (and I know Im ripped off cuz Im not going to get $17.28 back)..................... The harshness of reality.

I usually try to go somewhere else because the staff is so loud it makes it impossible to study. Also they always seem out of things. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and they didnt tell me until they slid my card after that they were out if knives.. the manager needs to crack down on her staff and get organized

Ive visited this location three or four times. The drive-through is consistently slower than average. While Im not someone who is typically in a hurry, if youre looking for fast service I would recommend a different Starbucks. Plus, getting in and out of here is tricky with the narrow entrance and traffic flow.

Go downtown. Every drink Ive every gotten at this one is wrong, and they screw you on the amount of coffee. Cmon, its $4 for a medium--you can fill it up. I just dumped a Venti mocha down the drain. Starbucks should spend some of that 1000% markup on training their employees better.

Save yourself 20 minutes in the morning and just walk in. The drive through is painfully slow. If youre cutting it close before work plan on being late. The staff is great, always peppy in the morning. Ive never had a drink made long, just slow drive through service.

Went through the drive thru, asked for light ice and they put so much ice in my drink that I could barely stir it and the drink leaked all over me and my car! Tried calling and no one answered!
