- So much potential, but they will be out of business if they dont address their issues - PROS: (1) The ambiance - surreal level of TV displays. Im not easily impressed with a sports bars TVs, I was blown away by the columns of TVs and massive displays behind the bar. (2) the owner/GM genuinely cares about this place. You can tell he wants you to be happy and he aims for success. I spoke with him for a few minutes and I enjoyed his conversation and dedication. (3) Beer selection - great selection and they offer a smaller or larger order, the large orders are a great deal. (4) size - the place is large and even has a VIP table. Kinda cool. NEUTRALS: (1) Food options - Relatively limited menu, the stuffed burgers stand out, but otherwise fairly predictable menu. Not as many options as a Taco Mac or Hudson Grille. (2) TV options when sitting facing away from the bar area are fairly limited. CONS: *I want to preface this by saying that I was part of a party of 7* (1) Errors in our order: there were so many... first, I ordered the Empire burger but was delivered the basic burger, so I had to send it back. I ordered waffle fries, only once I had a plate in front of me was I informed that only wedge fries were available. Second, we ordered Pizza Fries and those were also not available that night. Third, we ordered onion rings but were given calamari that comes in O rings. (2) Timing: This was the big kicker. Everything took a very long time. We wanted a few drinks and food and then to move on for the night. We were there for over two hours which was not the plan. Drinks took a long time (7-10 mins), our food took longer (25 mins), and then some food items came out before our appetizers? And then some of the food was room temperature when it made it to the table, where other items were hot and fresh. Some minor items that we needed the waitress to address: Gumbo with no spoon, Chicago dog with no onion, BBQ chicken with no side of BBQ. OVERALL: Personally, after my order was corrected, I enjoyed my meal. Burger was good. Fries were solid. Mac n Cheese was VERY good. But the issues, and the timing, and the room temperature turned my friends off - all the way off. I can tell by the passion of the owner/GM that this isnt the kind of thing that they want. This is a new restaurant and I hope these are only growing pains. Im not sure if my issues were due to the waitress or the cook, but it must improve. I wish this place a lot of luck. I see what it can be. but I wont be back until I feel the growing pains have passed.

Major makeover has taken place, this place looks REALLY nice inside, however, Terrible service! Even after hearing all the managers excuses about our drinks and food coming out 1-2hrs late because he was short of staff, our party of 15 was not compensated AT ALL! Still paid full price for bad service, late service, messed up orders, & major delay in food and drinks. Even the hookah took 30 min to get. On the night of playoffs you would think theyd be overstaffed!! Theres no use in changing the name of this establishment, this is still ghetto ass SPORTSLINE from years ago!

Ok I will say this place surprised me. Granted its slow on the weekend and I havent been on a late night, but they are great ppl. Servers and owners make sure you feel welcomed and at home. Not too crowded not too slow. I cant here and had the salmon and it was above my expectations. The Mac n cheese......not so much. But overall a good place. GOOD MUSIC! all.games on every tv! I dont like how they have an automated response for their Google reviews

3rd time here, 5th game for Golden State and Cleveland, they had valet, $10 admission, up charges, $10 to sit at the bar and bottle charge to sit at the tables closest to the bar. First 4 games we just came in and enjoyed...it was packed...tonight 6/12/17...empty bar...empty tables...they were prepared though...karma...but your place is almost empty...really!

The people were really nice so my review is mainly about the food. The macaroni and cheese tastes like melted plastic which, really doesnt make sense cuz they put it in these little containers that say Earth choice so I know they most be eco friendly. Sorry you guys are really nice but, the food needs to be fixed.

Very nice place where you can watch all your favorite games with an amazing staff.Great service and the food is great. They have almost all kind of drinks. Empire is a great and relaxing spot.Richard is the Man with his customer service experience.

Food is delicious!!!! The place is huge. Enough space so when it does get crowded theres no elbow to elbow. Staff friendly. Itll become my new local bar!!!! Oh and the Empire(happy) hour Monday through Friday 4-7pm

1st time here set at table 52 no-one never came 35 minutes later my husband got up to ORDER then the guy with grey hair and beard placed our ORDER then a waitress comes WONT BE BACK poor service for an empty bar

Its cool its more relaxed then what I was looking for but drinks are good. I was going to order calimari but the waitress suggested chilli fries and I didnt eat them. Maybe try wings next tjme.

The atmosphere is great. As soon as you walk in youre greeted with smiles and friendlieness. The food is AMAZING. They offer food, drinks, hookah, and music. I will definitely be back.
