The first time I went to this Panera we attempted to order bread bowls with mac and cheese. The cashier informed us that they were out of bread bowls, at which point we ordered the mac and cheese without a bread bowl. When asked what sides we would like we asked for baguettes to which the cashier began to get annoyed at us and said "I said we were out of bread.." I was unaware we were supposed to translate "we are out of bread bowls" as "we are out of bread entirely". I thought maybe this was just a bad night for them, but the second visit got even worse. My roommate and I had ordered rapid pick up which said it would be ready by 6:40PM. My order was not out until 7PM and my roommates was no where to be seen, which we informed the cashiers. We then proceeded to the end of the counter to watch for her order which was sitting on the counter next to the manager. We watched for 5 minutes as it remained untouched until we asked him if it was ready. He snapped at us that he had been waiting for us to let the cashiers know it wasnt there (despite the fact we had). He then told us that the mac and cheese was out and my roommate needed to choose a different soup. She chose broccoli cheddar and we left. It wasnt until we got home that we realized the mac and cheese was $2 more expensive than the broccoli cheddar, so now she didnt get mac and cheese and she had essentially been over charged by $2 to get something she didnt really want. On top of it all, my panini was lacking the spinach and the chicken hardly covered half of the entire sandwich. Definitely never going back to this location.

I ordered a catered luncheon for 9 people for a training I did on Saturday. The food was delivered on time. Check. Set up fine. Check. When I was given the bill it was $223 instead of $143, which the delivery person had our contract with her. I refused to sign the bill until it was corrected. I was so shocked and confused I forgot to hand the delivery person a tip, considering it wasnt her fault, Im thinking. I personally ordered the chicken soba noodle salad. Honest, I forgot it was a salad, because it looked and tasted like someone was trying to make soup. There must have been about 6 pieces of spinach, lots of noodles, tons of juice, and some chicken. Also, no baguettes with my salad. Who does that? The asian sesame chicken salad wasnt anything special, they forgot the wontons. The other food was fine, it appears. However, when you pay that amount you kind of what everything perfect. Do not plan to use this location again.

My job is less than a mile from this location. Ive been here for 4 years and slowly the service has been getting worse. Employees seem unhappy and annoyed. A couple of months ago I placed an order online to pick up in store. I arrived and waited 10 minutes.... no food. I finally asked an employee and they said they never received my order so I pulled up my email with the confirmation. They still claimed they did not receive it but proceeded to make my order. The reason i used Rapid pick up was so that I would not waste any time. I ended up spending 20 minutes there. Today I decided to give them another chance. I placed an order using rapid pick up. I paid the up charge to have avocados added to my sandwich. When I got back to my office with my food I realized that the avocados were left off my sandwich.. and my Greek salad was old and the lettuce was wilted. This is the last time I will going to Panera. I am so disappointed in their service.

I ordered online for rapid pickup. I follow a strict diet so I ordered my sandwich and salad without chicken. Both of them came out wrong. The sandwich had chicken. Sent it back. Got a free dessert. Next time it had onions, sent it back again. They gave me a full size sandwich to compensate. Heres the thing. My sandwich came out wrong twice and the irritation from the sandwich maker with side eyes was irritating even though I smiled through the whole ordeal. I understand things happen, ive worked in a restaurant before. But at least take more care when you mess up. The sandwich was thrown together and my salad had the wrong lettuce. I was so hungry at this point that I didnt want to complain anymore. While there, I searched for another Panera in the area. I frequent them for lunch but would rather go where my order is made right and with care. The manager was great though so I might go back again.

I stopped for coffee on Saturday morning at 10:30am ...I was expecting fresh and good coffee in place like this... except they had a no one drop of "light" roast and no one drop of " dark "roast coffee ,only available was decaff and hazelnut....... after I told them there is not coffee at front , one lady brought a new fresh made coffee "light roast "..excep it tasted like a dirty hot water.....I asked for dark roast coffe and lady said she need to start making it...I had no a whole day to wait for a one cup of coffe and spend my Saturday at their store, so I went to neer gas station down ob the road...Their coffe was 100% better and 50% cheaper. I hope Panera will do a better coffe job in the future.

I have tried to call ahead to this location on 2 different occasions when I was on my way to the store to place an order and save me time . Both times I was met with a 2-3 minute automated message that gave hours, catering info and to install Thier app and lot of stuff I had no interest in. The first time after I finally got a real person on the line I was put on hold when I asked if I could place an order and then the call dropped by time I called back and got through I was only 2 min away from the location so placing an order was pointless, the second Time a similar experience, why can I not call and have a real person answer the phone and take my order?

Ive enjoyed this location for years, but Ive witnessed a steady decline for the past several months. Its always ridiculously crowded because there are only 1-2 people working the registers at a time. The restrooms are disgusting. Its nothing to see gnats or flies as you eat because of trash piled up at the bins or because of dirty tables. The food is fine, but because of the gnats and overall poor appearance of the location, its not Panera quality. I keep hoping for better, but I was just there yesterday and it was the same thing. Oh, and good luck receiving an accurate order on your first try. Please restore this location to its greatness Panera!!

I have been visiting this location for over a 2 years & come here Only because of convenience. It is however the worse in customer service. The young ladies ALL of them have the ugliest attitudes in the history of Panera Bread.I have yet to be greated with a warm attitude or at least someone who pretends they want to be there. There is always a mean mug covered with a fake smile.Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and I have been a long term customer of Panera for over 12 years. Please properly train your staff or just rehire! Food is ok but takes longer than most locations.
