Maybe its just me..... Or maybe based on past reviews I should have ordered a burger. Needless to say I was not impressed. I went to US Café only because it was a meeting spot for my run group. And it was able to accommodate about 11 of us fine with high top tables. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, so I wont write about it here either. There are 3 pool tables and some TVs so with enough beer you can be entertained. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings. Blah. The wings were quite small so I am glad I got 10. The flavor was blah and watery. I should have taken a picture of the left over grease? and lemon paper seasoning in the bottom of the basket. They were cooked well just not flavorful. I think it was blue cheese that came with it. I love some blue cheese. Dip my finger in and pull out chunks of blue cheese love blue cheese. This was just a watered down version of probably a non brand blue cheese dressing. And not one sliver of a piece of celery. None. They had about 4 beers on draft and with so many beer selections in the world today they had no real good ones. I had yuengling and that was the best choice. My group didnt verbalize any complaints but mostly everyone else had burgers. You have to order your food at the counter and then wait for them to call you. Listen carefully because you can definitely not understand your name as it is called. Hopefully I wont have to go back for another meeting.

INFESTATION!! BUGS!!! This place has really gone to the toilet! The last few times Ive been in I have seen countless roaches and flies and gnats. I have complained the "manager {this guy barley speaks english and is the rudest man i have ever met} countless times. The staff is constantly changing and when I asked a guy who just started working their why all the old staff has disappeared he told me mainly because of how nasty it is!! The owner is a disgrace! How can YOU let it get this bad! For people who have been coming here for years, this is unacceptable! I almost stopped coming when you guys got an 85 on your health score.. Now im really done! Last night I complained to "Tony" that i seen ANOTHER ROACH and he had the nerve to say it was summer and really hot so there is a lot of bugs outside and they are just coming inside.. WHAT A JOKE I highly recommend that you DO NOT EAT at this place!

I have never felt so disgusted with a place willing to serve food to the public. Beware! I have a long list but Ill try and keep it short. 1- the girl that took my order initially ignored me and proceeded to have a conversation about how she got off easy on her probation sentence. 2 - ordered 3 pitchers between our group and all of the different beer types were flat. 3 - instead of bringing us our food they let it lay on the counter without notice for several minutes. 4 - wings were very disappointing In size and taste. 5 - went to play golden tee and machine was covered with wing sauce as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. 6 - restroom looks like a gas station in the hood. 7 - if you are still considering this place - Godspeed

Been here a few times, Not bad, food is tasty, and filling. Service is pretty decent too. I usually get the #1 (includes burgers, fries and drink) for $7.90. I feel the burger is small compared to that of Five Guys for a similar price point (although 5 guys smothers you with fries that would feed another Irish famine for weeks). All in all a good place to go for a decent meal. I havent tried the wings in a while, but they are touted on all the Tshirts the employees where, so maybe give them a whirl. From what I remember from my first visit here a few years ago was they were good. So there is that :)

What in the ghetto,unmanaged place is this? Went in on 10/29 around 730pm to order wings and did not anticipate walking out about an hour later. From the rude servicers,food trays literally throwed on counters to the order names blasted on the intercom out if frustration because if the overwhelming rush of customers. My two orders of the wings combos were packed in a cheap thin paper bag only to break and spill all over the floor. This was the worst experience and I had to take my tip out of the tip jar because the waiter became frustrated for the overwhelming crowd. Will never be back.

So....Ive only been here once but it wasnt the best. We ordered one of the lunch specials with wings. They have great prices and interesting variety but me and a friend called in an order to pick up and ended up with the exact same sauce on our food. That may work if the food isnt going to the same place but I ordered sweet, he ordered spicy. We got the same thing. I was disappointed. The food and the sauce was good, though, so thats a plus. I will try them again but hopefully Ill get exactly what I ask for.

I just cant go in there anymore. The place was great for many years. When ownership changed they cant seem to get out a complete order at the same time. You can literally order two bugers and two fries and get them served five minutes apart. This gets very frustrating with a family of four and have experienced this issue the last four or five times Ive visited. Food is great if you go by yourself. If you go with other people, expect to get served randomly even if you ordered at the same time.

I went there and get Lunch for the office BINGO when im back i was missing 2 fries burgers had no flavor at all the fries are a piece of crap... Burned n saggy they messed up my Whole order. I called them back n they say that will give me 50% off my next purchase i dnt think i would even go n get another thing there ever again.

The burger doesnt disappoint. Come here for that and the great service any day. Ive gone to the other location before, but this location has pool tables and is more of a hang-out place. We sat outside on their outdoor covered patio. Definitely get a burger - you wont be disappointed, like I said.

We just had our second visit the US Cafe. They have a pretty decent menu, a wee bit high on the prices but you leave feeling satisfied for the most part. Theres a 90s arcade room in the back area with two pool tables. Its a nice play to hang out with your pals and share a pitcher of beer.

The burgers and wings are very good. The fries are not that good. Ive gone to several gormet burger joints across the metro area and so far they still have the best burger. My only regret is that we have lived in the area more than 10 yrs and just discovered this place last year.

I had a wing combo, which was just average. Chicken was ok, fries were terrible. There was also a cashier who had the nastiest attitude there could be. She looked like she absolutely hated her job and her life I guess because she delivered zero customer service.
