Let me start off by stating the positives, the service was very friendly and efficient. The surroundings are attractive, however extremely loud (probably due to the new design with hardwood flooring). We live close to the West Chester location and have also frequented the Hyde Park location the food is top notch at both, yet the westsides food was severely lacking. I took my mom there for an early Mothers Day celebration (her first time) and I am pretty sure she will not go back. In comparison to the other 2 locations the omelet (bacado) barely had any fillings and the potatoes were anemic. The homemade salsa was nothing of the quality I have grown to expect at other locations and my sons eggs were a minuscule portion. We went to the westside location because my mom lives right around the corner by unfortunately it did not live up to the hype that I had given my mom prior to arriving.

We visited the restaurant on July 2nd around 12:30 and were surprised that the entire parking lot was full and there were people waiting out front to get in. We signed in and were told it would be about 30 minutes. The hostess was very nice and told us we could wait inside or she would look for us outside when a table was ready. That gave us a few minutes to see some of the other new businesses going in. Our wait was about 15 minutes. The waitress was very good and took our orders right away. With the restaurant as crowded as it was it took about another 30 minutes until we were served. I tried the chickichanga and it was very good. Each of our meals with drinks averaged about 12$. There was a good selection of items and we all found something we enjoyed. I recommend First Watch and would be glad to come back again.

We ordered to go here because I love breakfast food. I am allergic to tree nuts/nuts/peanuts. I was hesitant to order because they cook with nuts, but figured I would be okay if I got nut-free items. I asked the lady I ordered from if my granola had any type of nut and she said no. When I entered the store I saw the granola in large containers and I was going to buy it. I noticed it had almonds and the man informed me so did my granola. I was very upset. If I hadnt checked it myself I would probably eaten it! The food was rather expensive and cold by the time we go it to eat. The taste was okay, but nothing amazing. It is NOT Allergy friendly!

Expected better after being a customer of the Covington location for years. The service at this new location is hit and miss, along with the attitude of the servers. Our recent service experience was particularly unremarkable. The server hardly checked on us (refills, bill, box to go) and when she did, we had to flag her down. The food selections have expanded and the prices increased. I would not return to this specific location and I might actually seek out an alternative for breakfast/brunch.

Every time we have friends or family in town we go here for breakfast. The "No Wait" app is awesome. I check in when Im still in bed and have very little wait time when we arrive. My girlfriend really likes this place because of their coffee and everything there is "cute".

I came back to my hometown of Tucson, flew in from VA for my Dads Funeral. The staff was polite, and made the stay easy and light. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Thank you for your hospitality HGI! TL Cooper

For the price I paid for just my dish I could have made it for a 3rd of the price. Left feeling ripped off. Friends made fun of me for getting ripped off for a second time. NEVER trust a skinny waitress.

A classy alterative to diner fare, and healthier options, too. Fancy juice blends & breakfasts are the stars, but lunch options are tasty, too. Often a wait, but free coffee while you wait!

Awesome food! Arrived just as they opened at 7am and the staff was upbeat, positive and engaging. Took time to chat and not just dump plates and run away. I will definitely return!

The service was a bit slow and disorganized and the tables and chairs were not cleaned week. The sandwiches were pretty good, but a bit greasy.

Somewhat small. Always crowded. Strip mall styling. Sound boring? Perhaps, but the food and coffee makes up for it.
