They only pack cones on top causing the cake/sugar cone to crumble in your hand and the ice cream to spill in your lap or on the ground. When I asked for a replacement cone they made me pay for it and told me it is Ice Cream Sir and cannot be packed in a Cone...What????? Terrible customer service and unacceptable methodology in packing Ice Cream Cones...Stay Away!!

I loved my visit at this baskin robbins location, honestly its the best Ive ever been to. The employee Cynthia is so helpful to offering help and other ice cream suggestions. I loved my double scoop in a free waffle cone it was delicious, thanks to Cynthia.Id be glade to return anytime!

Ever since Dairy Queen reduced the size of what you can purchase for a milk shake Ive had to settle for steak and shake and Brewsters. I am happy to say this is a great alternative if your seeking a shake made from real milk and ice cream. Not super cheap but very good.

This location of Baskin Robbins is clean, friendly, well stocked, and inviting. The staff is eager to please and there are big pink easy chairs upfront so you can eat your treat in comfort. Sure feels better than most of the BRs Ive been in lately...

This is a great spot for ice cream but, they have kids running the place. They run out of bananas all the time and even chocolate ice cream. Most of them all have horrible attitudes towards customers. The managers should be more involved.

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT ICE CREAM. The servers there are very friendly and dont seem to be bothered when I cant decide what to get. If your in the area definitely go here

They had Jamocha Almond Fudge, Pralines and Cream, its clean and they are friendly and aim to be helpful. My first job was BR in highschool.
