Ok lets start with the wait. I couldnt fit the life of me understand why it was a wait when it was just me an another person and he already had his drink so i was up next but it was 2 in the drive way, tell me why? When its only 2 in the whole building. Anyway she asks me are you ready to order and i looked with this puzzle look on my face and said yes dang! She then said do you know what flavors u want trees give me this and this and as im ordering she goes get one of the smartest cups she could fine and smush the ice cream in and realize that it wasnt going to fit and grab another size then she did it again so lets just say i waited and watched her do it three times...lawd i was tired of watching and waiting. I paid then left which by the time i order 2 scoops i didnt want it no more inn the freezer it goes..until desire

Great Ice Cream shop, Jason is AWESOME...... we went there on one occasion the truck was late and he went over and beyond to serve my wife and I. She got the banana split made from yogurt and I got cookie n cream which was not what we went in there for but Jason took a bad situation and made it a success with his customer service skills and attention to what our wants was and made suggestion to fit our needs and wants at that particular time. Thank you Jason.

The two gentlemen they had on staff were excellent the Monday I went in but the management has to be below par. These men we left with little to NO product (Ice Cream, Large cups and varieties of coffee flavorings). They handled it professionally as people left, They invited them to return again after the stock was replenished and they could better meet their needs. Another case of Good Staff, What happened to the Management?

The customer service is HORRIBLE! I waited for 10 minutes and received no service. They have a very limited selection of ice cream flavors.
