I had the worst experience at this Baskin Robbins. I ordered a Banana Royale with caramel, strawberry ice cream, and walnuts. I had more caramel and walnuts than ice cream, it had 1 piece of banana. I called and asked a for a manager and the guy stated there is no manager and I asked, well who is the supervisor and he stated there isnt one in a very nasty tone and hung up the before I could say anything else. I called back and asked for his name and he hung up the phone in my face AGAIN. I called back and he didnt answer the phone. If this is the type of customer service I get, I will never eat at Baskin Robbins again and I will tell all of my friends about my experience that happened here at 9:30 pm on 1/11/2017.

This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST place to go LITERALLY!! I have been to this place 4x over the last 2-3 months and ever time I come here they get my Order wrong please save your money and go to chick fil la!!! Not happy with this company corporate needs to step in and clean house!
