My family went dine in and my food wasnt with it so said she didnt ring it up and by this time line was all way to door we waited few mins till I realized we shouldnt be having wait in line again ask for manager she acted awful so unprofessional and hateful like I was wrong told her what happen or tried she slung herself around and told them get what I ordered real hateful like I did something wrong. By time got it everyone else was done eating. Sorry service. Dont see how shes not been fired.

Wait in line 20+ minutes each time for a 5$ box. Got it wrong both times. Once drive thru once dine in. Awful location, horrible service. Half the employees were standing outside the front door smoking and walked in to do food prep with out even washing their hands. No food score displayed for current. The one displayed is two years old

We have tried to get service 3 times in the past few weeks but everytime they are so slow after15 minutes of waiting and the line not moving. Got posed off and everytime. This location sucks, employees work in slow motion, and they screw your order up if you every get your food.

I travel all across the USA and often eat at Taco bell but this one in rocks may be the worse, the tacos are greasy and food often seems unfresh. Its been this way for at least a year.
