One of the managers interrupted our lunch to inform us that we needed to cover our child as he was breastfeeding. At the time there were no customers. We inquired if there had been a complaint to which she said no it was company policy. As we tried to engage them the manager and later another employee who did not identify themselves became agitated, sexualizing the act of breastfeeding. The manager elevated the rhetoric to the point that when customers did enter they we able to hear the conversation, and to their credit defend us. As the conversation continued escalating we did curse once, which while inappropriate was not directed at the manager but an expression of frustration. When I attempted to call the general manager the phone was answered with silence with enough time to hear the conversation going on before she terminated the call. After being forced to leave for feeding our child I am only left with the knowledge it is Taco Bells policy to publicly shame mothers. As an advocate for and member of multiple breastfeeding groups I will help make sure the community is aware of this shameful and shaming policy.

They closed it down to "make it better" but honestly they should have kept it closed. Since the makeover there isnt a comfortable seat in the house, the food is always wrong and or not fresh, and with the shut down apparently they lost their employee training handbook. Very rude, paying attention to everything EXCEPT you when taking your order, use soaking wet towels to "wipe tables", serving burned food and food half put together (i had more of the insides in the wrapper than in my taco) I have visited twice since the reopening and i think ill drive the extra 10 miles to go to the one in Villa Rica from now on. The only thing pleasant about our visit was the friendly manager.

Just left 20 mins ago. It was obvious the lady that rang me up and prepared my food was her first day on job...it was obvious because she was asking questions and was slow. What convinced me it was her first was the following......my soft tacos actually had ample meat cheese and lettuce! Then my bean burrito was awesome full of red sauce beans and cheese again!!! Best bean burritto i have had in 20 years at taco bell! Good job maam! And thanks! P.s. I bet this wont happen again for awile!

I bought a chicken burrito supreme a few days ago and the receipt didnt read that they did it, but I checked my statement later that night and it said they charged me twice. Not too big of a deal right? I showed up the next day and they had to call the manager and told me to wait for like 10 mins. So, I went next door to the KFC and ate there for 15 mins and came back and the lady behind the counter said that she didnt want to come in. Dont go here.

This Taco Bell is good, especially when Rita is at work. The drive thru is way to slow. Tonight I was gonna go through the drive thru, but the cars was backed up to the turn in. So we went in. No one is waiting at the front counter. We stood watching and waiting, while the employees are all in the drive thru talking. One guy sweeping. Thats why the cars are backed up. Ridiculous...

If you enjoy Taco Bell this is a pretty good one. The food is almost always perfect and the staff is relatively friendly. The inside of the place can be hit and miss. There have been times Id go in and there would be trash everywhere and other times its as clean as can be. Wait times for food can be long and the parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of during rush hours.

There are only 2 Taco Bell restaurants in Carrollton and they are both slow every time rather its drive thru or the inside Im always here for longer than 30 minutes. Sometimes the food is ok and sometimes its not they should hire more people for night shift and lunch hour as well, night hours at Taco Bell are terrible when it comes to placing your order and getting your food

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru... Would have gotten out if it was possible. And after finally getting home with dinner, had to go back because after 45 minutes, you cant expect that the order would be well made. At least they didnt leave a reciepts in the bag so I cant call in a survey. But hey, I finally found a reason to use my Twitter account!

Newly renovated. Staff needs to get back into the swing of things. At 3 pm most of the soda was out . No lids, straws, mild sauce and it took 30 minutes for a single number 8. I truly believe given time they will work out all the bugs and this store return to its Original Greatness

THE EMPLOYEE KURRY IS A MAJOR ASSET TO THIS LOCATION, HE GIVES THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A TACO BELL. I lost my receipt so I was unable to take the survey to review my experience online. The cooks always serve great hot food at a reasonable speed.

Mr. Wes is an AMAZING manager! He really gets along with the customers and clearly creates a functioning relationship with his staff. Even from the customers point of view, he and his staff members work as a team to get the job done.
