I cant believe this location hasnt been shut down yet. It seems all of the friendly people there leave w/in a month or less of their hire date. Anyway, some of the rudest folks youll ever meet work at this particular Taco Bell. And not only are they rude, but their hygiene is horrible. And youll have plenty of time to witness the abundance of poor hygiene/rudeness/malaise I speak of because the wait time for the food is often 10-25 minutes! Im sure folks are reading this and not believing me in regard to the wait time for food that I just stated above. You dont need to believe me... but Im telling the honest to God truth. I dont recommend you find out for yourself by visiting this Taco Bell but... if you decide to visit this joke of a fast food restaurant, youll be able to personally witness A textbook way to NOT run a franchised fast food restaurant!. Seriously, I only live about 3 miles or so from this, the Villa Rica Taco Bell, but (if Im craving some TB food) I now *must drive well out of my way to the Douglasville or Carrollton Taco Bell locations, which is about 10 miles in either direction. *Im certainly not required to drive past this TB... but if I ever want to torture myself, Ill just simply visit the worst restaurant (of ANY type) in Villa Rica, GA, USA: The Horribly Infamous Villa Rica Taco Bell!!!

I walked in, about 6 people ahead of me. Several others standing waiting to pick up their order. After about 15 minutes I placed my order. 2 bean burritos, 1 medium drink, to go. After about 15 more minutes I heard 4 bean burritos! nobody said anything. I went up and stated I ordered 2 bean burritos. She said, "here they are. I called that earlier". I said you didnt call my number I have been standing here since I ordered. Then she gave me the bag that another customer was digging around in. I said I am not taking that after she opened them, and you did not call my #. She said "CHILL OUT! I will make you another order. By that time it wasnt worth the wait. Asked the cashier to refund my money. He said "wait". Then proceeded to help next guess. I said I want my $ back. Call the manager. He walked to drive thru side and pointed at me. Did not hear what he said. She came up. Told her what happened. She then asked the girl did she tell me to CHILL out. She said yes and kept working. Then she gave me my $. I said I want the receipt to call the corporate office. She said no, she has to keep it. And that this is a franchise, no corporate # and she was the mgr. I left. The lobby still full of people waiting.

Friendly cashier, ok food, bad upkeep. Food: The food from the Taco Bell side of the restaurant was prepared ok (distribution of ingredients in item was a little unbalanced, not as bad as some restaurants). The fried chicken from the KFC was dry and to chew as if sitting cooked too long. The mashed potatoes and biscuit were good. Speed: The preparation of food seemed particularly slow considering how the place was only moderately busy. There didnt seem to be any sense of urgency in getting everything done. Restaurant Inside/Upkeep: The trash cans were all full, resulting in some trash left on tables. The tables without trash, were nearly all unwashed, with bits of old food stuck on them. The mens restroom had a broken hand dryer casing leaving exposed electronics and mechanisms. This is quite a safety hazard for children. There was no soap or toilet paper. There WAS sanitiser, but that is certainly not a suitable replacement for soap for customers OR employees.

This location is the worst I have ever been to. Tonight we were there for 1 hour and 6 minutes and had to go back in after receiving our food to correct it. Then the corrected items were wrong. Every time we go we have a large order because I have a family of 7. There is always something left out. The lines are so long and once you finally do place the order you have to pull up and wait over 20 minutes for them to bring the food out. The people there are extremely rude and act like it is your fault your order is wrong. I have lived in Villa Rica for 13 years and it has ALWAYS been this way. You would think that Taco Bell Corporate would do something about it. I know for a fact that this store is mystery shopped so there is know way they do not know this is happening. Whoever owns this franchise should be contacted by corporate and it taken away from them

This place is literally the worst location that you could go to. I am currently in line waiting on my order. Ive been waiting for 35 minutes. As soon as I got up to the window to pay, the lady took my money and have me my drinks and asked me to "wait and go park in one of those spots". An employ came up to my car after about 20 minutes of waiting with a bag of food that was not mine. She walked back into the restaurant and has yet to return. There have also been about 5 other cars parked next to me(waiting also) and they have all left before me. I dont know why this location ALWAYS has such terrible customer service/food but its not okay. If you are looking to eat at taco bell or kfc, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

This location is absolutely horrible. During dinner rush they only had one register open (keep in mind this is a dual service restaurant also offering KFC at the same register). The manager was running the only one open and provided extremely poor customer service. Not only did the lines take forever but upon my return to the counter to ask for napkins (their dispensers were completely empty of any) 3 employees walked by and looked at me without acknowledging me. They were also out of onions which I had specifically asked for as well as many other items on the menu. Do not go to this location! I know fast food joints dont necessarily have the highest of standards but this taco bell was inexcusabley managed.

This loction is the worst Taco Bell/KFC on the planet. It takes a VERY long time for them to fill your order. The tacos always taste awful and thats saying it nicely. I will never understand why it takes soooooo long to throw a few tacos together (this is how they do it here). And the drive-thru,forget about it.....it is always wrapped around the building. They really need to retrain everyone from the general managers all the way down the totem poll on customer service as well. To bad I cant rate it with negative stars because I would. The orders when you finally do get it ALWAYS has something in some way wrong with it.

Someone really needs to open a fast food taco chain in Villa Rica so people will have an alternative. This Taco Bell is extremely slow during the night shift. Day shift is not nearly as bad. Half the time my order is wrong and on the slight chance that it is right, my Pepsi is lacking syrup and tastes like pure carbonation, like this evening. Very rarely youll get an employee that seems to enjoy their job, but most of the time the people that work here would rather be somewhere(anywhere!) else. If thats the case, then find another job so someone that can do the job correctly will be able to be hired.
