This Chick-fil-A is horrible! I went tonight and sat in the left drive-thru line for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff at all. I look to my right and notice that everyone in that line is having their orders taken while I’m still sitting there with no one saying anything through the speaker or acknowledging me. After FOUR cars to my right were assisted and had their orders taken I said “Hello is anyone there?” hoping that someone would actually take my order instead of continuing to ignore me. I immediately received a rude response from a lady saying that she told me to wait because she had several milkshake orders she had to take inside the restaurant (which was a lie because no one said ANYTHING to me until I said something). I couldn’t care less about what issues she felt like she had going on, the point is she was rude and failed to even acknowledge that I was sitting in line waiting to place my order while four other cars in the other drive-thru lane were immediately serviced. I told her that I would not be placing an order due to her rude attitude and total lack of customer service to which she rudely replied “Okay that’s fine bye.” I am disgusted at this Chick-fil-A for not only completely failing to provide any type of customer service, but also being defensive and very rude when I questioned what was going on. Needless to say, I’ll never return here and I know several other people that have had negative experiences at this Chick-fil-A (this wasn’t my first bad experience here but was the worst one so far). There is clearly a lack of leadership and customer service skills at this location that need to be immediately addressed to prevent further degradation of the brand by employees that simply don’t care. I’ll go out of my way to go to any other Chick-fil-a besides this one (in Dallas, Georgia) because I’ve never had a negative experience at ANY other location.

This restaurant has good food but the focus on speed is so prioritized that I feel it lacks proper customer service and personality. When I order on the speaker in the drive thru I am rushed severely there are people standing in the parking lot to take my order people in the parking lot to take my money people in the parking lot to hand me my food before I even make it to the window and there have been three occasions where I have paid with exact cash did not get a receipt and did not get all of my food and when I returned to ask for my missing Foods they did not seem to want to believe me because I did not have a receipt and I told them they should focus more on friendliness and getting the order correct and less on speed because when I am given my change its often thrown at me to the point where my change goes everywhere they dont give me time to even put my change in my wallet because they want me to grab the food and go and basically get the heck out of the way get out of there Lane

Had the best service at this restaurant that Ive ever had at any fast food restaurant. A friend and I went there for lunch today and we ordered our food and she got a salad and I got a sandwich combo that they said they bring to me and before we could get our napkins & condiments and sit down she was bringing my food. We sat for a really long time talking and catching up & one of the employees asked if we were finished, we said yes and she said I can get the trays for you which I do not expect because its not full service, but she took them for us. Then she asked if we would like a refill on our tea and went and got us a refill. Everyone was extremely nice and Im very impressed. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Omgoodness. Ill go ahead and blame it on the Christmas rush although that rush is gone, its December 29th, but I ordered 6 chicken biscuits, 4 hash browns and a fajita meal. The fajita was thrown together as usual and of course it was cold; cheese not melted, chicken Luke warm, tortilla like paper. Not one napkin in the bag. Not one. ALL ITEMS IN ONE BAG and only two honey mustard condiments. EVERYTIME I GO its something. Ordered strips the other day. Got to the window to pay and was told I have a 6 minute wait. I wish I knew that before I left the menu! Sorry Dallas, going down Dallas Hwy to Marietta! Not sure whats going on, Ill just blame it on Christmas. Ugh!!!

Since this location opened, I can say that we actually eat Chick-fil-A more. Even during the busiest times, I feel that the customer service is always spot on! The food quality is always good to us during those busy times too. If anything is ever less than satisfactory, they always accommodate. Besthe Chick-fil-A in the area!

Wanted to try the new breakfast sandwich and had issues 2 days in a row to where I was offered something else to eat because they dont have it together at 6 in the morning. Went to the Dallas location and tried to give it another shot. Waited in line 8 minutes and line still didnt move. Wont be coming back!!!

Good delicious but fruit cup was horrible. 1 strawberry cut in half, 4 blueberries, 2 mandarin orange slices the rest was apples. In other words I paid for a fruit cup which wasnt mixed fruit. When I complained they went and got me.the same thing again. Dont order the fruit cup. .

Super fast and clean even on a lunch rush. Parking was 100% full though and I had to park in a gravel pit next to it as did about 10 other people when I came out from eating. Guess they didnt anticipate how busy they would get when building but its still fine.

We asked for special sandwiches that had NO tomatoes on it and that all the food be fresh.. We got home and the sandwiches had tomatoes and nothing was fresh even after waiting an additional 5 minutes or more for our food.. I was definitely not pleased.

Hannah came to the door and opened both of them for my ailing mother as she came towards the store. The food was high-quality as it always is. And I even got to watch a manager have a supportive counseling with a worker in the back of the dining room.

This chick fil a is good sometimes. Wife had a chicken sandwich tonight and it was not edible. Other times it is good. Staff does a pretty good job but food quality needs to be looked at better. Good milkshakes and food for the most part.

Great hot food, great service, horrible fruit cups (taste bad) and soups were gross. Seating can be spare and traffic in parking area is so bad it can be dangerous. But chicken sandwiches are good...

Chickfila has been a staple for us our whole life, this location offers great service, with great food. The associates are the most awesome caring people i have ever encountered at a Chickfila!
