Knucklehead cafe would of been rated 5 stars 2 years ago now I give a 1 , most of the staff are rude, my boyfriend likes going because its one of the only places close by with a bar. The food USE to be great has went downhill in the last few months, the burgers use to be great-- now they seem like frozen bubba burgers, the steak is also a cheaper meat and the ribs are awful. The fries also use to be amazing now they are cheap little greasy fries. If you order alcohol it takes about 20 minutes for them to get a beer on draft- even if they are not busy. When they first opened it was a fun place, good stafff, and amazing food. The ribs use to be my favorite now they taste like over cooked jerky.. that bad. I pray it gets better because like I said when they originally opened everything was perfect!

This place was recommended by a local. I come to Rockmart to shop antiques. We visited during lunch hour. The lady at the front door was super nice. It was our 1st time there so she showed us around. The food was great. Prices and portions are good. Everything was fresh and delicious. Only reason I give them 3 stars is bc the waitress was not that great. When she come to our table she acted like she did not want to be there. We had to ask for refills twice. We asked for extra napkins and she never brought them. The hostess brought them to us. The place was not even busy. Her customer service was not good. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I would visit again bc the food was really good but hope to get better customer service next time.

The food was good when we finally got it. We got there at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. We waited 30 minutes for a table (fine thats what they said the wait would be). I ordered a salad, the kids ordered the kids burger and kids chicken finger. We got our food 55 minutes after we ordered. I noticed 2 or 3 people had to chase down their waitress to get service. One lady at the table next to us got her food about 15 minutes after everyone else. The poor waitresses were running around trying to do their best but they seemed severly under staffed--up front and in the kitchen too based upon how long it took. We just wanted lunch, not to spend the whole afternoon there

My mom wanted to take us all out for New Years eve, she chose Knuckleheads Cafe. I had eaten there before when it first opened and it was average. Tonight the steaks were horrible the potatoe wasnt done and the onion rings were full of oil. Absolutely terrible food.I asked for butter and got a second glass of tea instead. We were 1 of only 3 tables dining at the time. The high star ratings are obviously written by the management. We wont be back.

The burgers are good but the wings are small and fries are too skinny to enjoy. They taste more like salt than potato. Big groups dont always get the greatest service. Most times I go with a big family group and I have been left with an empty glass, our food went to the wrong table, and they have forgotten my sides before. There is a lot of good flavor and the waitresses are nice, but the work itself could use some improvement.

I have. I visited this place a few times. It was a so so draw until our last visit when my husband and I got up and walked out after waiting over 45 minutes with no service. Awful. Just recently, I decided to give it another try. This time the service was good and the salad bar was even better than good. Delicious!

I love this place. The food and the atmosphere is good. I really love the motorcycle memorabilia and all the old motorcycles they have in here. The only down side is sometimes the service lacks a little bit, but its usually only when it gets busy and hectic. Hey, AND they have a burnout pit.

Killer atmosphere. But its a Grand slam or strike out type of place. Sometimes the service is good but the foods mediocre. Sometimes vice versa. Cannot lose with the stellar salad bar. It in itself serves as a dinner meal for me, every time we go. Hubby loves the ribs and the burgers.

Slow service unfriendly staff. We waited 2 hours for food on a sunday here. The table next to us waited just as long and the waitress came and told them they were out of food but they wouldnt charge them for their drinks. Owners need to step their game up.

I would rather make sweet love to a meat grinder than had put another bite of food from this place in mouth again. I swear my steak had to have been rotten. It literally stunk the entire bar area up when they were bringing it out to my table. Rancid!

Good food I love the ribs I had one bad experience they run out of ribs after I ordered them but after the waitress turn the order in about 3 minutes she come back and let me know they was out but I got to eat on the house that night. But I go every week

Really great food and drinks with an outstanding motorcycle theme. Has a car and motorcycle show with live music and outside bar on second Saturday of every month during spring summer and fall If your interested in motorcycling, this is a must see.

Best potato skins I have ever had. Burgers are awesome. The fries and onion rings are so good it hard to decide which one to get. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. We just ate there yesterday and we will be going back very soon.

Went today (Sunday) Aye wings. The wings were great. Idk what the reason was but service was EXTREMELY slow. Didnt get my fries till my second order of wings. My wife and I were there for 2 hours!! Unsure if we will return.

Ordered a very simple order and had the order repeated back to me twice. The order was STILL messed up and the food was really nothing to rave about. Staff was sitting around when I came in and it was difficult to find help.
