The new girl had mashed the ice cream with the brownie into a wet dough, and so I brought it up to exchange it for just plain chocolate. It was gross. She asked for the first ice cream back, tossed it in the trash, and then rang me up for another $5 ice cream. I went to the register as my friend was paying for it, not sure why we were being charged for another cone. They refused to give me a refund for charging me for the second cone. When I called the manager, he told me that they had to throw the first cone away because of a "hygiene issue". Had I known I was going to be stuck paying for it, I would never have let her throw it away (or I would have cut my losses and not ordered a second cone). While trying to explain this to the manager, he hung up on me. I called back, and he called me a liar for saying it was a ten dollar ice cream cone. I tried to explain to him that I was charged twice, and called back to tell him that, but he hung up on me again. I really got the feeling that he was going on whatever story this girl was telling him because he wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise on the phone, just arguing over me as I tried to explain what had happened. He said the best he could do was to give me a $1 off coupon. When I called back the third time in an effort to at least be able to tell my side of the story, he said that I was obviously going to keep calling and that he would just give me a free cone the next time I was in there. Im so insulted by all that just happened that I cant believe that this man would argue at such lengths over one cone when my family of six have gone there for ice cream five times in the last two weeks. I hope his pride gets some measure of satisfaction from the losses that he will incur from this incident. Jerk.

Bad customer service is an understatement! You should not talk to a customers like theyre not an asset to your company. Every paying customer is of value. The owners are very rude and disrespectful. They were slamming their utensils when my daughter told her she was fixing the wrong ice cream. The owner then told me I shouldve read the prices prior to choosing when asked about the price difference between small & medium. Needless to say if you like marble slab try Cold Stone Creamery! Awesome Customer service there!

I ordered a cake for Christmas. It was inedible. No one would eat it. It was missing at least 3 things listed in the description and did not look like the photo once you cut into it you could see it was not as described. I have contacted both corporate and the location and had no return contact from the local store. Corporate has been unable to get in contact with the location as well. They clearly do not care about the corporate oversight, instruction, or their customers.

I got my ice cream and was telling her what I wanted in it, and While I was deciding what other toppings I wanted in it, she put it in the bowl and when I told her I wasnt done, she asked if she could just put it on top because she had already put it in the cup. Your ice cream is over priced already. Dont be lazy. She did not communicate with us at all. When I asked to sample something, she gave me an ugly look and gave it to me. VERY DISPLEASED!!!!

I dont know why others are complaining about customer service because if your as busy as these guys, you wouldnt want anyone complaining about your customer service. These people are the nicest and best people to meet and the ice cream is just out of this world. I would recommend this ice cream to anyone, anywhere. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE HAR WORKING PEOPLE!!!!

The ice cream is expensive but the attitude is free.....Do yourself a favor get ice cream somewhere else. My wife and I got ice cream here a few time and our experience has always been completely underwhelming. We joke that their slogan should be. Doing you a favor by letting you buy our overpriced ice cream.

The first time I went to this location, the employees were super rude. That was a few months ago, but I went tonight and there was a different staff and they were soooo pleasant. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes and there was a long line, they still remained nice, so I will be coming back.
