Literally like nooooooooooooo!!! I went to get me a toast sandwich.. During my visit the place was dirty..first off I did not see a sanitation score, lady splashing mop water on the floor cleaning while cook is cooking, another gurl was cleaning with some cloth wiping down pans and stuff and a customer didnt like his food and wanted remade again. She did not wash her hands and had the same gloves previous from her cleaning..she touched food from the freezer and put it on the grill with the same cleaning glove....just nasty...that waffle house needs to reevaluate there employees and have mandatory hand washing

Sadly this waffle house has really gone to crap. Went in this morning for brunch, the waffle was flat and almost cold. The grits were mushy and lukewarm, waitress did not even ask if everything was ok nor did she offer a coffee refill. I usually go there several times during the week when we come to Atlanta (every year or so) but, they do not have to worry about me again. It is such a shame because our local Waffle House down in Orange Park, Florida is awesome. This one waffle house 25 is dirty, all by the waffle irons is alot of crud.

I liked it waitress was very nice..I stayed at motel 6 a month my kids love it..I cant remember the cook or waitress name but I do know she was expecting soon...lol sorry but they made us feel very welcome each visit...people complain when they cant get free stuff..and you Guys always prove them wrong keep up Good work...oh and one Guy went above and beyond for my kids. .Thank you Thank you. .I think his name was Britt..not sure but only guy there at nite I seen..just outstanding work...THANKS..

Nasty just plain nasty, unfortunately after we already ate our dinner. We noticed the cook coming in from outside talking on the phone takes his hand and wipes his nose then scrubs the floor then with out a thought of washing his hands starts cooking again. He also had no hat or hair net. Waitres was very loud and continued to carry on a conversation with the cook across the kitchen while in the middle of taking our order. Tables nasty. Our waffles were still wet dough on one side.

They suck so bad. The staff is unprofessional and are the laziest. The dont even make the food fresh, the pre cook it and get an attitude when you ask them to make it fresh. My waffle was clearly pre-cooked and had some nasty burnt stuff on it and they served it to me like it was fresh. Theyre disgusting and I will do what ever I have to, to get this place ran correctly or shut down! Mark my words, I dont play when it comes to my food.

First & foremost: This is Waffle House. Iconic American food since before you were born! :) We had an overnight stay in ATL & were just a block from this Waffle House. They were open at 11pm on a Sunday! Gotta love a 24hr eatery! Staff is warm and friendly. Late night and breakfast, this place makes me smile. Its like coming home. One of the few places that *always* has good coffee waiting.

Staffed worked well together and the speed of service was excellent. I did not give it a high rating because they did not have what I came here for which was an omelette. Maybe the menus are different in each town but it was not in the menu. Overall I got in and out. Also the crowd was not rowdy or loud like some locations so I assume that I still wouldve had a good time if I dined in.

Horribly service everyone running around like chickens without heads. No organization what so ever, extremely unprofessional. No one knows whats going on one person cooks the food someone else rings it up and that person doesnt even know the prices.

I love this place, and the staff here work very hard. Ive eaten here many, many times and never have to wait long for my food. I will definitely return on my next trip. Try either being seated at a table or the counter, either is good.

Not the cleanest but not horrible. Staff is very friendly. Service was kind of slow. Food was tasty but extremely greasy even by dinner standards. Prices are very reasonable.

Theres a waffle house on every corner on Virginia Ave. But this location, even though its pretty busy like the others, has a less of a wait time. Its not as congested.
