Worst experience ever!!! I called to talk to the manager about last night experience BUT no one answered. Last night service we recieved no ice in our soda, chick combo was burnt and EXTRA dry, and our fries was just dumped in the bag!! Chilli cheese dogs tasted like they been sitting in the warmer ALL day!! The bread on them was so hard I didnt eat them. Look, I know you stay open all night and deal with a lot of customers.BUT, if I spend $12 on food at least make sure its decent and put ice in my dam cup!!! This place needs to be closed or at least put some people on night shift that are willing too work. My family will NEVER go back again!!! I dont care how close too home you are Im willing to drive cross town than to give you 50 cents!!!

Its Krystals. We were expecting five star service. They got the kids drink wrong. Theyre pups were inedible. The food was cold but took 20 minutes. The fries were also old. There was no toilet paper in the womens bathroom. When we asked for ketchup (none in the showroom), its like we were a problem. Clearly should have read the Google reviews before stopping. Then theres the 70 score for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we didnt see this until after wed already eaten. Pretty much goes without saying, we wont be back!!

I wouldnt advice anyone to apply for this place. Im just a 17 year old girl in high school trying to check up on my application from a couple weeks ago and I find myself being disrespected only because I was calling to check on my application!! Not my fault yall were busy without enough of workers lol. No wonder why you guys are still hiring because of the nasty attitude hiring managers that work here(CAROLINE) Ive never been taught to disrespect any adult but this one here almost pushed me to that point.

I have always loved Krystals... but tonight i happened to be at the one in morrow and it was a horrific experience. The food tastes cold, the fries were hot with no salt or taste to them, and to add injury to insult my son found a chicken bone in his food! We ordered krystal cheese burgers! Im so not used to things being so horrible at Krystals ive literally never ever had a bad experience until today. This place has turned me completely off!

This Kryataks gets slower every time I visit. The staff is pleasant, but slow. I usually visit in the morning and it takes forever whether I go in or through the drive-thru. It also seems that due to then being behind they rush and orders are incomplete, without the proper utensils or they half prepare the food trying to rush order through. My grits are sometimes runny. They have good days, but on average, extremely slow and chaotic.

Took a while just to order through drive thru, but didnt take long to receive food. I asked for chick plain but received a SPICY one. Found out after I took a bite! Their score wasnt posted so dont know what it was. Also I have eaten at a lot of Krystals over the years and by far this is the ONLY one that actually delivered on me stating NO ONIONS! So that was a huge plus!

I cant give zero stars.....went here last night and the cashiers literally hid in the back to keep from serving the car behind me and myself.... I pulled up to the window and saw an employee who didnt figure that Id come to the window and she backed up..... Im like, Ummmmm....... I see you, dang..... If you dont want to serve as a job, DONT APPLY FOR IT!!!!.

I usually get good food and service here, but the past 2 visits have made me want to complain. I love krystals chicks. I always get them. But I do not enjoy my bread soggy and wet. Been coming to this krystals for 20 years, but the last 2 times makes me not want to go back.

Waited at drive thru it was before 1am maybe 12:53 Sunday other cars waited as well no one took my order we drove around to see what time they closed the employees saw us and just stood there didnt wave and say were closed and they werent suppose to be

The Food is never fresh and the customer service is not good. There is always a lady asleep there with a large bag of clothes. I live close but rather drive to Stockbridge for better quality. Do not visit this place. Its a waste of your money!

I got there at 8:30 stood in line while the cashier took her time doing something else and serving the two people in front of me ending up having to leave at 8:50 so I wasnt late for work with out even ordering.. no pep in her step at all.

A HUGE improvement since the last time I had Krystal several years ago. I swore Id never go back because the service was horrible. This time, everyone was very friendly and the food was served fast. Tasty too!
