This review just relates to the experience I had today and not any past times Ive been there. All in all Ive never had a negative experience here and food is always good. But.... Today myself and 2 colleagues went there for lunch at around 1230pm. It was pretty busy with the lunch rush. One of my party ordered chicken nachos hold the sour cream. Her little buzzer went off and she went to the counter to pick up food. I was already at counter getting my order. Uh oh.. Sour cream is on her nachos which she asked for them to hold. She points it out to person who is setting orders out on the counter (it was an asst manager according to name badge btw) and said person knew that there was a mistake made immediately because he said oh ya and made a face stating he knew he made a mistake immediately. So asst manager ask my co worker "should I just take off the sour cream?" Co worker says I guess so. Probably should have stated that she wanted fresh nachos but she did not. Asst manager takes both of his gloved hands and digs into plate of nachos taking out the sour cream and tainted nachos with some chicken and throws it in the trash. I feel like that was the incorrect way to handle this and pretty gross. Just make some new nachos minus sour cream. Like I said its a one off as Ive only had good experiences here but its a big one off in my opinion.

On Tuesday I attempted to fax in a business order to be picked up on Friday at the Windy Hill location. I kept getting an "unable to complete as dialed" message. After the third time I called the restaurant to be told that the fax machine wasnt working (there is also no option to place an order online). I asked to place an order, and was told "the manager says we dont do advance orders, you will have to call on Friday." Friday morning I called back to place my business carryout order. After going through everything, I was told that I was unable to pay over the phone. The girl then refused to give me a total because she "had just written down what Id ordered." Note - she did not take a name for my order, nor did she read it back to me for accuracy. When I picked up the order, I stopped on the way out the door to ensure that my entire order was there - it was missing the box of misc veggies (sandwich toppings). When I went back to the counter to have this remedied, I was told by the woman there "I didnt put your order together." This store is run very poorly, and the customer service is awful.

Kind of weak. For a place that is now competing with a lot of other burger joints I dont think the problem a lot of people have with Fudruckers is the food or the price; the problem seems to be the environment. It feels like an out of date place even with what you can tell is newish furniture. The Management didnt do a very good job of looking at what people actually care about. #1. Its lunch time, the HEIGHT of lunch time and theres no pickles or ketchup. #2 Theres like 3 different mustard things but only 1 ketchup pump and its empty. #3. the floor was dirty, but not in a "Someone split something and nobody was here to pick it up" way but a "This floor has looked this way since the 80s" sort of way but its super noticeable around the foot carts and was kind of a turn off. The carpet looked like old 80s floor paneling too it just feels super dated. Theres about 30 places around this Fudruckers that are in competition with it and even though my food was fine I just cant think Im going to decide to come here again. Not horrible but not good enough.

I was traveling with 3 small children. We waited 45 min. For our food. I know its not "fast food", seeing people who were behind us in line getting their food was frustrating. My kids were over it and I approached the GM twice, who assured me my order was next... it didnt come for another 10 min. Granted, it was a Sat. Evening, but the place was understaffed and seemed unprepared for a Sat. Night dinner crowd. When the order came, the ketchup, forks, and spoons had run out, which prolonged our eating, again. I ordered a black bean burger. .. mistake. It was chopped up in pieces and put back together to look like a patty (Idk, why?) It was barely lukewarm and was gummy. I hope this helps someone else, even if it just alerts you to not go on Sat. Night. The bathrooms (W) probably should be a separate review, but they were unkempt. 2 clogged toilets, paper towel everywhere (and not in the paper towel dispenser), overflowing trashcan, and a broken soap dispenser. ..

I am with a group that meets here once a month, so I have been here multiple times. The burgers are okay. Decent selection but there are other places that have a wider selection, such as The Vortex, Flip Burger, Yeah Burger, Smash Burger or Grindhouse Killer Burgers. Those first three are more high end and the latter two are in similar price range. The side item selection its limited. The chain used to be known for their "unlimited" burger toppings, but there are 5-6 minimal basic options here and they are decent at best ... Nothing super unique or exciting. The have the Coca-Cola drink mixer, so your soft drink options are "unlimited". The food is cooked quickly and for decent price and they offer several different bottled beer options too.

First visit since the remodel was fantastic (I rarely make the trip to go, and have always enjoyed the food but staff was lacking at first), it wasnt during a super busy moment so I cant validate service at a rush. Everything was so fast, order was up in less than 5 min, cooked perfectly and staff was attentive and very happily clearing anything you needed out of the way which was easily more impressive than the service before remodeling. It was disorienting for a faint moment when I saw the restaurant but we thoroughly enjoyed the revamp.

Waited an hour after ordering. Didnt get the right bun, but the food was ok. Thought the ketchup was out until I walked around the other side. I saw the lettuce come out 45 minutes after my friend asked for some because they were out of that. Everyone seemed slow and didnt see ANYONE hustle or seem like they were trying hard. Really disappointed in the service on Feb 26th 2017. Staff was nice at least. Plus they had CNN fake news and womens basketball playing. Sad.

Im a Fudd fan anyway, but this is one of the better locations. Great service, super clean restaurant, consistent food quality. Parking lot access is difficult, so be prepared for that and be careful at this busy intersection. Great for family and kids. Hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, buffalo burgers, low-carb options. Lots of choices. Great place. Average $10-12 per person for adults and well worth it. Kids are a bit cheaper and they run specials all the time.

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE FUDDRUCKERS however POOR SERVICE is an issue , during my last visit the cashier made a mistake in the bill, its ok to make a mistake since we are human beings but when I questioned it and asked to correct it, I was made to stand on the side for no less than 20 minutes and I had to give up since my order was ready. No one even came back to me to check if the bill was corrected or not, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
