Best restaurant in town. The staff is very friendly, the food is superb and the atmosphere is fitting. I have visited this restaurant many times over the past year, and have never been disappointed by them. Now that Im a regular customer, I have even been met with special service; in a long line, waiting to order (I usually order to-go), one of the servers walked up to me and took my order so they could go ahead and make it, and by the time I reached the front of the line to "order" my food, it was already done! Ive even received free food with my orders, including cheese dip, extra chips and even entire meals that I never ordered! There are several other Mexican restaurants in town, but for me, theres only one: El Charro.

Very good and friendly service! The waiters and waitresses are always smiling and the food tastes very good. Its also very clean there. TVs all over the place with CC on some, thats good when its crowded. It would be awesome if they put up some authentic Hispanic and Mexican paintings though. LOVE IT. ONLY PLACE IN TOWN FOR MEXICAN FOOD. And the rice is my favorite. I always get the Speedy Gonzales (sorry if misspelled). Again, love it and I cant wait to go again. Mouth is watering thinking about the rice right now... :-)

Went today for lunch with my daughter and no one ever came over to serve us. Several employees saw us, including two playing on their phones at the register, but no one ever acknowledged us in any way. Two people walked in, sat down, and were waited on in less than a minute... while we still waited. No one ever came with chips or to get our drink orders. Nothing. We have been here a few times and the service has just been OKAY. We will never go back after today. After no one came over to us, we got up and left.

Only gave one star cause I had to. My friend had hair in her food and they argued her down that it was hers. Worse experience ever. They told us to leave and not come back. Very poor customer service. I ordered the shredded chicken and they told me they didnt have any after the fact and got mad when i didnt want what they brought out. Never stepping foot in that establishment again. We loaded up and went to LA Parrilla.(literally) One monkey dont stop no show.

I do not come here for good food or for servive. This place is quick to have your food out and it is cheap. Do not expect someone to refill your drinks or anything like that. My wife had to get up and refill our own drinks. But its cheap and fast, so its good if youre in a hurry. If there is a wait to get seated it is usually really short, 5-10 minutes.

Greeted by a hostess smacking on gum. GROSS. Ordered food and drinks together, and received our food first. Ordered a jumbo margarita and got a small glass...Told it was 24 oz...No way! Food tastes okay service was decent. I suggest el Durango (similar prices with bigger portions in food and drink plus better service)

Griffin??? Well usually service great but when a server somewhat rolls their eyes and runs to seat a couple behind you and you sit down to a dirty table and wait and the before mentioned couple is being attended to whatelse but walk out. Never in my life the bs in Griffin nowadays! Now at El Durango!

Was very disappointed by this restaurant, I hear people say how great it is but I dont see why. The food is flavorless, completely bland and dull. The service is ok if you dont go on a weekend. Comparing all of the Mexican restaurants in town El Toro Loco, or El Durango are much better choices

You never know what your going to get when you sit down, they have some amazing servers but the few lazy ones make the whole team suffer... As in all fields Its not the food, I will return regularly, but hey lets make it fun, get these girls and guys fired up

Found a hair in my food. They told me it was mine even though Im wearing a wig. Then proceeded to kick me out and tell me not to come back. I politely got up and left. They wont see another pesos from me. La Parilla is better anyway and they have a 100/A rating. ✌

They can get busy at times, but the staff is always on the ball. Very few times have I ever had an empty glass or no chips & salsa. Everything I have tried off the menu has been great and Ive never had a problem when asking for things to be made a certain way.

If I could leave no starts I would! Our waitress was so rude that she made our night unpleasant, the entire table had their food a good 10 minutes before me and when we complained to the manager, he didnt care! We will not be back.
