This was some of the best Italian food Ive had in a while. As a New York Italian, I can verify: the sauce was done right. As an appetizer, we got garlic knots. They were a little dry (as if they were cooked in the morning then reheated once in a while). They were certainly knot fresh. The chicken parm was very good (a perfect thinness for the cutlet). Id agree with a lot of other reviewers, though, that the Mozzarella wasnt the best. That is one of the most important parts. Overall, though, I have had worse actually in Italy. The side spaghetti was very lackluster, though. Napolis fell into the same downfall many other restaurants do with a very cheap pasta. The entire restaurant was very awkward to enter. It is some of the best Italian in the area. They could VERY easily rebrand as "Nepolis" and create a dine-in experience. Id recommend they convert to a hybrid platform with a full dine-in experience AND pick-up on the side. All it would take is move a few tables over, add some mood lighting, and pay some waitstaff.

This is my first time into this place. The place looks terrible no ambiance or whatsoever. Now this can be overlooked if the service was great. The service here consists of a teenager with a cap backwards on his head. Whispering "here you go sir" no enthusiasm to be found with staff. For me that is already pretty much a dealbreaker. Food Ahhh we all know it the bread basket before the meal. It was "OK" slightly toasted and the marinara sauce tasted good. So no complains really there...but again it was slapped on my table. As the server proceeds on leaning on the bar drinking a soda staring around doing absolutely nothing. The calzone tastes good, however i was informed the "chef was unable to fold it as the do was to thin. So he rolled it up... Conclusion The food is actually really good. However when you go out to eat. You expect service which was a complete joke. As i type this our teenager service dude is playing on his phone while leaning against a pillar. 3 stars purely based on service and lack of ambiance

We were loyal customers, going sometimes a few times a week. Over the course of a few months that food and especially the service began to lack. The last time I went in we ordered our regular items and I made a comment that the cook was speaking in spanish and what he was saying was not appropriate. The person taking our order just laughed and asked if I spoke Spanish, I do and told him as much. I also told him that was irrelevant. Well we sat down and it wasnt that my food was bad, it never arrived. After we paid I was not served. The finally brought the food after I confronted the counter. For whatever the food is good the disrespect and shear lack of restaurant etiquette, I will never return and will not advise any otherwise. From someone who spent $100 / week here , now I wont even walk in the door.

DELICIOUS! Dont be fooled by the way it looks on the outside! We had this place recommended to us and saw all the great reviews and when we got there wondered if we were in the right place - until we walked in and it was totally different than expected! I got the Shrimp Fradiavolo and it was delicious! Just the right amount of spicy and a HUGE portion. The sauce that was served with the bread, the calamari, and especially on the pasta was amazing. Kids loved their pizza, said it was like eating in heaven :) Service was very friendly - an all around great experience.

came in on a Sunday afternoon. food was great and prepared very traditionally. loved the use of fresh ingredients. however the staff wasnt very friendly or helpful at all. the customer service was sub par at best. had to ask for refills on our waters several times, and they left all the extra glasses on the table. on top of that the staff was very loudly talking in the back and could here their entire personal conversations. the staff seemed young (not much older than high school age). i will be back for the great food but i hope the service is better on the next visit.

We love this place for Pizza. I think it is the BEST PIZZA around! My husband loves their pasta dishes, like spaghetti with meatballs or sausage, lasagne, etc. They also have GREAT calzones, etc. all made by Italians! etc. They serve sodas water and beer to drink. VERY VERY GREAT PLACE!You order at the counter, take a seat and when your dinner is done you are servedOh, They have salads too We always get extra olives on ours, delish!

food took a very long time to come out, and when it did it was cold. The bread was cold and hard and the marina sauce was really cold. My kids raviolis was also cold. We ordered chicken Alfredo and it was the worst one Ive tried, it had no flavor at all. I even tried adding salt and pepper to it but even that couldnt help it. This place is too pricey for their food to be disgusting and cold. Spend your money someplace else

Food is excellent. Authentic Italian dishes. The sauces taste truly homemade, cheeses robust in flavor with a touch of butter cream. Italian spoken here as it is an authentic Italian owned place. More like a side walk bistro than a true restaurant, and casual is the dress. The generous portions will leave you full and satisfied.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The pizza is fabulous, but my favorite is the spaghetti. The sauce is so wonderful with big chunks of garlic. The bruschetta is also one of my favorites - sometimes I just get that for my meal. I couldnt live without this restaurant close to my house!

Food is awesome. Never cold, its always hot! Very peaceful. Except this one woman. Nataly I think. She had her horrible child with her. They both reeked of b.s. she was mad that real food took more than a few minutes to cook unlike her microwave. What a whore. Great restaurant though.

REAL ITALIAN FOOD just cant be beat. Weve tried almost everything on the menu and would go there every week if it were closer to our home. We live almost an hour away and go there every couple of months to get our pizza/pasta/bruschetta/calzone fix. Always great service too.

I eat at Napolis twice a week with my family. The owner and staff are so friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. The one thing that stands out to me about the food at Napolis is the consistency of the quality. Favorites: Lasagna, bruschetta, and calamari.

The food was excellent. If you like garlic the marinara sauce is divine. Not an upscale decor but not bad. Service wise you have to appreciate that there are no waiters here, just servers. You order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table.
