My daughter and I were at the Taco Bell drive through in Fayetteville last week. May 13, 2013) The water in Fayette County has a FOUL taste. They claim it is from the heavy rain....funny, no other counties surrounding Fayette has this problem and theyve received just as much rain. When we placed our order we were unaware of the problem with the water and They didnt tell us that they had can drinks and sold us the fountain drinks. They gave us our drinks first and after waiting for about 5 minuets for our food I took a drink of the Diet Pepsi. I literally gagged at the taste. It tasted like black mold smells.....we pulled around and I went in and asked for my money back. The girl at the counter,when told of my desire for my money back, turns and yells out a name, I assume it was the manager. A very nice young woman comes up and I explain my issue. They claim they cant do cash refunds (thats how I paid!) that they have to call the owner. They gave me canned drinks in replacement of the foul fountain ones AND they lost a customer for ever, due to their handling of the situation. I realize that they cant help the water situation BUT they can be honest and tell you about it giving you the option for canned drinks instead they are dishonest.

Visited this location on 10/25/2016 @ 9:38 p.m. upon trying to enter doors were locked with patrons inside eating. Drive thu had 2 cars ordering. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker to see someone named Natasha had her phone connected to the wifi. (Knewthis because screen had her files on it). No one took my order, pulled around. Asked the young man were they open he tells me no. We had a plumbing issue earlier and were closed, then we opened back up and my manager got mad at us. Trying to figure out if it was a plumbing issuewhy were ppl inside eating, and why the two cars in front of me received food. All witnessed by me personally. Horrible customer service, will not be coming back again. Its sad when kids come up with half thought out stories to not have to work. Called to get store number was given a completely different number than the 3 family members that I had call to confirm.

I came over an hour before close, and was very rudely told their grillers were off because they closed soon. I called the store, and the manager said she had absolutely no idea they decided to shut them down. Came back as I was advised, and was talked to very rudely by the girl at the window, like I was inconveniencing her by being a customer. I understand what its like to work in the food industry, and I know its no fun to have customers come in right before close, but it was over an hour before they were supposed to close. As a customer I believe I should be treated with a bit more respect than that. The food it good, you just really REALLY need to work on your workers personalities and the way they present themselves to the customers. Yelling at other workers, while the window is open and theyre talking to customers? Extremely unprofessional.

Warning dont go here terrible service. The whole order was wrong. I ordered a xxl grilled stuffed burrito and got a sgrilled stuffed nacho. I ordered a doritos cheesy gordita crunch and got a regular instead of doritos and as soon as the cashier took our money she walked away from the window so there was no way to tell her what was wrong on our receipt. We sat there for so long waiting I did not bother to ask for my food to get corrected. I just wanted to get out off the drive through and give a review. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVEEEER BEEN TO! TERRIBLE!

If I could give this less stars I would. Me and my wife came here and ordered in the drive thru and the lady got the whole order wrong, and when she gave me my receipt she left quickly and stayed gone for 10 min not giving me a chance to even tell her my order was wrong. Lady was short and did not even try to listen on the mic, she even repeat one item on my order and still didnt ring it in right. Worst Taco Bell experience ever and Ive been to many!!!

The people are not to freindly, The tables are way to small and the thing I hate the most is if you are in the drive though they ask "how are you today?" . ok you may say and then they just sit there and never ask can they take your order or what ever and its not really how are you today is how you deeriinngg? Just ask can you take my order and be done with it please. Also think about some better seating espically for handicap people.

They dont even deserve the one star. These @$!@$ rushed me to order then didnt even get the order correct. One who has allergy and requested specifically NOT to add cheese they did it anyway now my throat is killing me.. Then the manager said I didnt hear you say no cheese for both and made it my fault.Their grade is zero on customer service and empathy... Now time for a bunch of benadryl to breath

Horrible experience first off Im allergic to pinto refried beans secondly the cantina bowl suppose to have black beans... The bowl was made all the way wrong I had to give my food away I do not live near the area I ordered it from...secondly I will not be returning do to the fact that I was being rushed in the drive thru by one of their associate last time I promise

I drive all to the taco bell in Fayetteville ga only to find that they are out of food The only taco shells that I want and they cashier never offer a. A sub for them being out of the taco shells I was very dissatisfaction dont come hear if you are hungry you will be disappointed .

Every time I go yall get my order wrong. The last time my boyfriend asked for the number 11 the lady even repeated back, got home and he was given the number 10 I asked for Mexican pizza with no meat, it was even on the screen, and they gave me one with meat. Get it together..

As usual, this taco bell is bad. The service was so slow that I left, sitting in thirty minutes in the same spot. Then when I went home to cancel it, I couldnt so I had to come back and then I had to wait in line again for my food. an entire hour wasted. Fast? food? whatever.

This place closes earlier than advertised, Ive experienced it several times. Its not just that its a Taco Bell, its that its one of the worst TacoBells Ive been to. This from a Fayette County resident 3 miles from the establishment. Awful.

I used to like the flat bread sammiches but they were discontinued. I asked them if they could just sell me a gordita shell with cheese and they wanted to charge me 9 bucks so i left most people are friendly though

When youre in a Taco Bell mood this is where you go in Fayetteville. Since the recent remodel its really nice inside and looks clean. The food is Taco Bell - you get exactly what you expect.
