First and foremost I take my burgers VERY seriously. And RedRobin is way at the bottom of the list. And here is why. 1) When youre building a burger less is more. When you look at a fine piece of art you notice the color plate is small and concentrated. And thats how burgers should be. Let everything speak for itself. You do not need to overwhelm the taste buds. Do not over work them. 2) The atmosphere is loud. There are bright colors everywhere and bright lights pointing in every direction you can think of to highlight their "art" this is pretty hard on the eyes and makes it impossible to focus on anything. 3) The names are horridly long. [from their menu] You can order a Chili Chili Cheeseburger with a Bottomless Freckeled Fruit Salad, and a Very Berry Raspberry Limeade to drink. It shouldnt be that complicated to order a burger, side, and drink. And 4) When you consider other places in town, Zips Cafe, Tickle Pickle, Mad Mikes, Quatmans Cafe, Wildflower Cafe, Gaslight Cafe, who have much better burgers for a cheaper price you cannot help but wonder why RR is so expensive.... I do not recommend them Sam I am.... I do not recommend them at all.....

Ive eaten at Red Robin at multiple locations. They really are constantly improving. They treat you like family. I know when I walk in to a Red Robin, Its not possible to leave hungry or broke because the price is right! We were promptly seated as soon as we walked in the door. The waiter was a lot of fun, she was light on her feet with the drinks. Red Robin lets you customize your burger to your specification from fixings, doneness, condiments. I think thats something they take a lot of pride in, the waiter said jokingly that the customer comes first. Its not something I hear a lot dining out. Our food was exactly what we wanted! Food was perfect. Bottomless fries, I didnt need. Upon leaving I stopped to wash my hands, The restroom was as you might expect. There were a lot of people there. I wont ding them for it. But, the good thing is it was well stocked. Start to end, Im happy and loyal Red Robin customer, and in multiple states.

Food was okay, however the bill for almost $50 for two adults and a child was a bit too high to me just for some burgers. We came to this restaurant due to their "gluten free" buns, as my daughter has Celiac Disease, however her stomach was bothering her later, so I have a good feeling that her food was contaminated in one way or another, and that the assurances made by the manager and server that the food procedures would not allow for that to happen were not entirely accurate.

Red Robin. . . YUMMM! I love Red Robin, and all of its food! I la la la love the bottomless fries, the Burger with Egg on it and they have a burger with Pineapple too! OMG, if you havent eaten at any Red Robin, Get here now, and try everything!!! Delicate Honey poppy dippy sauces and Red Robin Ranch is even better than Hidden Valley and thats not even a lie, check it out! Staff always friendly! Place is usually busy but its worth a wait, relax have a drink and dine in!

Spent $50 on a pick up order tonight just to find out they left out my girlfriends garlic aioli for her french fries. The pretzel bites we ordered came with a whopping 1 oz of beer cheese for 12 pretzel bites. I find it hard to believe it is company spec to fill a 2 oz cup half way. Most places make it a point to a show a guest take out orders, take notes red Robin... Burgers were decent, but thats all the positivity I have towards this visit.

The host and the waiter were annoying. They pushed onion rings on us because it was "National Onion Ring Day" and they were having a sales contest. I gave in and got some. That was a mistake. The batter was too crunchy; it took away from the flavor. I couldnt even finish them. I got a Sir Acha tavern double burger. Not too bad; the only problem was that there was only a tiny bit of Sriracha sauce on it, and all of it was in one little spot.

I always have a great experience when visiting a Ruby Tuesdays. Food was amazing, as always, however the service was lacking at this location. The floors were in need of cleaning and a broom was lying in the middle of the floor (employees kept walking over it and not moving it). It was the first time anywhere that we got our food and were almost done before the appetizer came out. The food is what gave this location a 3

So had lunch today with my sister-in-law and there was food in my drink. All I got from the manager was "would you like a clean glass" and laughed it off. You should be sorry guys this is (was) so gross. There were No apologizes Im very disappointed in the way this was handled. I hope this never happens again but with the way the matter was delt with I have no confidence in your establishment.

Higher-end burgers. great place nice staff very attentive. full bar. my personal favorite is the burning love burger. VERY good grilled chicken burgers. Toward the back of the menu they give you options to lower calories such as substituting a bun for leaves of lettuce, bottomless sweet potato fries or steamed broccoli etc.. if I lived closer I would be there more. YUMMM

I have a secret love for Red Robin and this location is no exception. The meals came out as expected, though one burger had to be sent back as underdone. The touchscreens on the table are worthy of dropping a full star though, theyre annoying and reduce the experience of having wait staff to delivery and bus staffs which makes the experience just a little sad.

Just ate there for the first time after I learned I needed to eat gluten free. It was a very good experience. My waitress, Steph was very knowledgeable about my requirements and about what the restaurant had to offer . The electronic menu had a good assortment of options without a lot of restrictions or alterations to the original meal.

Best burgers and service ever! I get the Burning Love and Banzai Burger, its so good! The waiters and manager really care about their costumers. Theyre emotional and make sure you wanna come back. I dont like burgers much but Red Robin is out of this world. Its busy a lot of times. But the wait is worth it.

Attentive And Quick Service, Awesome Food, And Pleasant Atmosphere. Husband had burger with mac n cheese which he said was very good -- had a bit of a spicy taste and liked it. Myself, the Alaskan Cod Fish and chips. Smaller pieces than I expected but very filling!!! Definitely will be back!

Ive been going to Red Robin since I was in grade school and its never disappointed. I do like the switch to more of a craft beer/bar feel rather than a kids place. You dont even feel like youre in Red Robin which is pretty cool. All in all, Red Robin has it all and is a great place.

Had a party of 7 used call ahead seating and received a text when ready for a minimum wait with a small child. As always we had great service and food everyone enjoyed from my 85 year old dad to my young grand children. This is why we eat here on a regular basis. Thanks Red Robin.
