My sister and i were super excited when we found out this Chipotle was coming. The first 2 times we went, our experience was definitely more positive than negative. Basically the food was great, but the wait was kinda long. But since then i havent been able to have a great Chipotle experience at this location. I always seem to run into 1 of 2 issues... 1. I wait in line is waaay too long. 2. They run out of multiple items. 1 time i actually waited 45 minutes to be served. I came in at 8:30 and got up front at 9:15....there were only about 7-8 people in front of me. But this location seems to struggle when customers place multiple orders at the counter. The line completely stops and everyone focuses on that 1 customer. But to add insult to injury, once i got to the front, i was immediately told they were out of multiple items (brown rice, steak, peppers, and guacamole), and was then told they wernt making anymore because they were closing soon...Well when i got in line they wernt closing, so i felt like i wasted my time. My issue is that this has been the case on more than 3 occasions, to where i no longer go to this location, and they havent even been open 6 months yet. It seems to me that if you keep running out of the same few items by 9pm every night, and you know thats your cut off time for adding product to the line, then why wouldnt you adjust your product quantity to make it through the WHOLE NIGHT!!!

It was horrible, me and my wife decided to go to the New location at the Campcreek mp well not such a great idea. The line didnt even move for a hour not to mention we were all the way in the back of the line then it was one Lady ordering like 20 burritos instead of the 8 employees that were the helping the 3 ppl on the line they decided to just take a casual break the the cashier Guy started wiping down tables so thats how we figured out what was taking the line so long. Im in the Restaurant business so I know how important Customer service and first experience is. Hopefully the next time instead of wiping down tables he would address the waiting guess and get more team work to help a big order. Its Chipotle they specialize in making Burritos. So we finally get to the front 45 minutes later 1:45pm then the young lady has hickies all over here neck , nose ring in and cannot wrap Burritos the Sour cream is full of other products the mild salsas has frozen corn in it I had to ask the young lady not to give me the corn that had spilled into the mild salsa. It just was a horrible overall experience I will never go back. Please reconstruct before you guys destroy a perfect business.

This place is always crowded. Theres always a long line from the door to the food station but thats not the bad part. One of the negatives are- Customer Service. The employees preparing the food are not pleasant. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor customer service especially when folks are paying their hard earned money to buy their food. Their attitudes are not welcoming whatsoever. The other thing is - Maintenance - the employees are not keeping the rest rooms in sanitary conditions. I noticed a few unsanitary conditions while a few people were prepping the food. An employee should be assigned to checking the rest rooms, the main floor, and trash cans every few minutes. From a birds eye view it looks decent but believe me the place needs some TLC! Theyre definitely making a killing financially. But imagine if the employees offered great customer service and if they kept the place tidy, etc they wouldve gotten a better rating because I like to give credit when credit is due.

The food isnt bad but waiting in line is ridiculous!! It takes a good 25 minutes to get at least to the front of the line and when you get to the front of the line the employees handle all the business somebody not serving orders in store should do.Before you even get to tell them which rice you want you have to wait a good ten minutes because the person supposed to be helping you is doing takeout orders and not being prepared with new food if they run out of something, so if that happens you have to wait longer for them to get a fresh supply of something when there should be other people behind the counter who should handle the takeout orders and getting replenishment. There should also be a separate line for takeouts so that paying would be so much faster for both takeout and in store costumers I understand this place is new but if your gonna own a business you know people are gonna come to you need to make sure your staff and general order of the restaurant is on point.

I spend $40 dollar online ordering 3/4/17 and was so disappointed with my order every burrito that I ordered had barely any meat in them I mean a few pieces I purchase one burrito with extra meat and was so disappointed to find that one was also had a every small amount of meat in it. Ordering on line you cant see how much meat they put inside until your home. It is terrible business practice and I can tell you I will not be purchase anything from your restaurant again. But on the other hand you guys did full with all the cheap extra...rice beans etc to top it off the chips which you have to purchase were stall. You people should be ashamed of your business practices DONT ORDER ONLINE

For once in my entire life of living on Camp Creek customer service was superb. Compared to the burrito factory across the street, the food here was grandiloquent!!!! The employees here were motivated unlike most restaurant around the area. I could actually say this is a five star restaurant. Please dont judge your experience based on standing in line but more so on your experience of the quality of your meal and customer service. Rule of thumb is... If you get a sorry waitress or waiter I might leave a penny for a tip and save the money for one who is professional. I usually leave a 40% tip to a professional waiter.

Everyone have so much to say about Chipotle being the worst they ever been to. But what you all dont know is that the workers here are working long hours with no break, no way to get anything to drink. I used to work there. Its hard. Of course you are going to lack motivation when youre tired and hungry. They are always short handed but thats the mangers fault. They tell us that we are only making enough money for 4 people to be on a shift. The managers are supposed to jump in position but that doesnt happen without them complaining! Its not the crew fault, they are doing the best that they could.

Ok...Ive given this location two chances in the last week and they have disappointed both times. The wait is long and the line moves very slowly because there is no system in the restaurant. The workers on the line seem to be poorly trained. No one seemed to know what their role was and that slowed the process. Its frustrating because the problems are not to great to be fixed, it just doesnt seem like they will be. I REALLY WANT THIS RESTAURANT TO NOT BE LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER SLOW ONES OFFERING POOR SERVICE ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN.
