I will encourage anyone in this area to never stop at this location! I have been in customer service my entire life and have never had someone say to me after I asked if I can place my order " Im waitin on you" in a tone that was so disrespectful. I got out of my car and knocked on the window to ask who spoke to me like that and a manager came to the door and said he was not the person controlling the drive thru and he was sorry.... I asked how do you become successful in fast food without customer service. He said that he was sorry and then asked me to please drive thru and he would make sure my order was perfect, my response was so you think I trust your staff with my food when they are that disresptful in drive thru? He agreed with me and said he understood why I would never eat there again.... Thats sad... No matter what company you work for

I decided to eat at Krystal and get the $5 mix-match. I ordered two $5 mix matches and the cashier was struggling to keep up with the order after I clearly told her 3 times. When I drove up to the window, she gave me an ice cream cone that was slanted and not looking right. When I confronted her about it, she got an attitude. This is poor custumer service and I wont be returning here.

Average fast food burger joint (think White Castle) serving square, slider style, steamed burgers with their standard mustard, pickle and chopped steamed onions. They also sell chicken filet "chick" sliders, hot wings and a few other items. The service is slow. They are independently owned & operated and hardly ever honor and TV promos.

This is the worse customer service I have ever seen. They are rude and the manager act as if she is scared of them. They got our order wrong and my husband questioned it and the lady actually threatened him , made the statement about catching a charge, in front of our children. Absolutely the worse place ever.
