Normally Im very satisfied with taco bell... But the last three times Ive been have been a terrible experience (all through the drivethru) the messed up chalupa supreme BEEF the last two times and have me Chiken Chalupas and Im not a fan of taco bells chicken.. And this time I decided against the chalupa trying to avoid yet another issue I ordered a crunchwrap supreme.... And its ALL bread with maybe a teaspoon of meat, a pinch of lettuce, and a spoon full of sour cream in one corner all by itself. Taco Bell has always been my favorite food since I was little and has consistently been the Newnan Taco Bell for 27 years. Please dont continue to change my view of you guys.... Keep the competition from winning your guests over and help us expect to know what we are receiving in the drive through... irritated

Best taco bell around. Food is always great and people are always kind. Service is a little slow but thats to be expected when they have to carry so much business for the little store that it is. It makes me sad when I go in there and they have customers yelling at the cashiers about the food when they cant even do anything about it. Wish they got more recognition for how hard they work.

This is the Best Taco Bell in Newnan. They have consistently provided me with excellent customer service. The orders are often accurate, and the only real complaint I can think of is that around 7:30 it gets really busy, however I think that also speaks to the quality of this establishment.

Worst in the nation. And they forgot some of my tacos.... waited for 35 minutes, others got their food that ordered after me.. after waiting this amount of time. Tacos and chalupa was cold and soggy. Worst Ive ever had. And will never be back to this crappy place

Wow the cashier saw the costumer , including my self and keep cleaning the trays . when she finish says ok now how can I help you. I use to be a manager for 8 years at taco bell. This is the worst customer service. Trash bags and mess everywhere.

I ordered two quesadillas for my kids and in the quesadilla had only middle portion was cheese n outside portion had no cheese at all. Kids didnt enjoy their quesadilla. I love getting quesadilla for my kids in taco bell .

Worker fixed food and picked at teeth in mouth did not change gloves and continued to make our food got money back . Employee should have been fired but manager didnt seem to care. High health hazard will be reporting.

Would rate it less than one star if possible. The drive thru is always backed up, & tonight I waited over an hour. Only decent thing about the place was the woman at the drive thru window who took my order

An employee off the clock came in and held up the line for about 10 minutes having a conversation with the cashiers. There were 5 in line and only one register with two cashiers having a conversation.

This place is apparently under new management and it runs like a Swiss timepiece. Service is fast, employees are polite, food is always right. Largely hispanic staff, so thats probably why.

Food usually comes out right, which is rare for Taco Bell, but be prepared to wait. They do a huge drive thru business, so I dont even bother sitting in the line, I always go in.
