They messed up my order so I called the next day at 1:30 with no recept and they fixed me up right I paid for a freeze when they replace he brought it right a out to me instead of waiting on my food to get done bigger guy he was black and awsome Ill deffently be going back here

The absolute worst krystals. I stopped by Thursday at around 5:30pm June 29th and ordered 4 Krystal burger combo. I started vomiting violently from 6 pm until 11:30pm. I was extremely sick from there food. I will never eat there again.

Placed a simple order. Guy cut us off in the middle of our order to give our total and literally nothing in the bag was what we ordered. Then he pointedly ignored us when we pulled back around to the drive through. Real mature guys!
