Ice cream was pretty good... unique style of serving but the place was disgusting inside. Found a hair in my daughters ice cream but wouldve felt bad leaving without giving her the "amazing" ice cream Id promised her. The walls against the tables were gross.... and oh.... every single frozen yogurt machine was out of order! In addition to the dirty feeling I had while eating.... the customer service was also subpar. There were a bunch of teenage boys busting their butts and there was a few girls just sitting behind the counter on their phones....I was so disappointed as I drove from roswell to get some "amazing" ice cream..... I do not recommend if youre looking for a place to take the family. Maybe a night out with friends when youre too drunk to care.....

I just got back from taking my grandkids. It cost about 30.00 for 2 cups plus 2 kids cups of yogurt. It is way expensive. The taste was very bland. The idea of the rolled ice cream is very unique but the customer service was terrible. No one wanted to explain the process. No one wanted to let the kids sample anything. The cashier didnt even offer a thank you. The guys preparing the ice cream found it more interesting to listen to something with their earbuds than to communicate with a customer. Needless to say, I want go back. I wouldnt recommend anyone else waste their money there either.

The place looks out of date. Service wasnt so good, the owner was rude and I wouldnt recommend coming here. Rather drive 45 to the one on Buford hwy.. the environment is so much better and awesome service. My dad had gotten an extra topping and the manger got mad cause he touched it yes I know its a health hazard but then later a employee or someone came from the back and got a handful literally touched it and when something was said he responded with well cant take it back now... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

The place needs some cleaning or design experience. It just felt dingy and uninviting. The lighting made me fee like I was getting ghetto spiced. I wont go back cause of the cost. Size choices would be a good option but the one price fits all is a bit cumbersome. The outside fits the style of the area but the booths were ghetto, the employees didnt come across as caring too much about presentation. ITS ALL ABOUT PRESENTATION!

Service is excellent! The owner and the employees are also very generous. I had my little cousin with me, and he wanted extra toppings but the cashier did not hesitate at all and gave us extra toppings free of charge! Ice cream and yogurt are both great. 10/10 would recommend!

Presentation of the ice cream is unique and gets a 5 star for creativity...but we eat ice cream for the flavor. The flavor gets a three stars. I got the Evil berries while my wife created her own. They were both decent, but nothing to write home about.

A great place if your looking for a fun way to eat icecream. You can mix and match. The only bad thing about it is that the board they make it on usually has a lot of frost. They scrape some off but much of it s scraped into a roll as well.

Great ice cream... I recently posted that I never visit any ice cream shop other than cold stone but this maybe its competition. The process is great and so is taste.. the place could be a little more cleaner but great otherwise.

Expensive for the yogurt & sorbet but the rolled ice cream is unique. My kids didnt like it because they could not get as much as they wanted due to the cost. But we had fun with friends while we were there.

The ice cream tasted OK. It was bland, toppings were stingy (less than half of one KitKat wafer and two marshmallows) but a 40+min wait with only a few people ahead of me means I wont be returning.

Ok for tweens, but for adults...it needs a cleaning (sprinkles and yogurt toppings all over the flor) and the staff needs a little customer service training.
