We love the Clarksville location. Thought we would try the Commerce location. Never again! Our waitress seated us without a smile. Took our drink orders and left. She came back trying to hold four classes and dropped one full of Diet Coke right at our feet, fell far enough to break a plastic large glass. She asked if it got on us... duh. Two got their feet soaked and two got splatter. She never apologized. She left to go get something to clean it up. We eased our way out of the booth and relocated. Got a different waitress. She was nice and met us with a smile. Took our orders right away. One couple got their food in a reasonable amount of time. The other couple didnt get theirs for more than 7 minutes later. Had to ask for refills. Food portions were smaller than the Clarksville location. Never got our hush puppies which is one of our favorites. My husband said the BBQ was not as good as normal. I had the whole catfish and must admit they were very good. Next time we will drive to Clarksville for better service and food.

Took 4 kids and my wife there. 30% of the menu has a surcharge for things. Like if you want a salad as your side its $1.50 more. Extra ranch is .50 extra and they are watered down and only half full. Ribs were tough. Membrane was not taken off. Competition bbq ribs should have to be bitten off but these needed another 30-45 minutes cook time or foiled to make them more tender. We had to use a knife to cut them apart they were so tough. Total meal was $105.00 for 4 kids under 12 and two adults. No liquor was bought. Pop is not brixed right either. Waitress was ok but not the personality for food service. Table next to us got there before us and still had no food when we were leaving. They said to never come back it was that bad. Table behind us left after getting drinks. 4 portions of macaroni and cheese and 3 kids and one adult would not eat it. Could be so much better with changes.

Walked in and hardly any customers.. We had to wait forever to be seated and were in the process of walking out when someone finally came to offer to seat us. Once we ordered and our food was brought to the table the waiters said to holler if we needed anything. Food was cold.... French fries were loaded with salt. We tried to get waitresses attention nothing we waited a few. Nothing after even hollering a 2 times. Being hungry we bit into our sandwiches that tasted like tainted balls. He garlic bread was so saturated with butter that when we touched the bred it fell apart. We refrained from eating the French fries that were covered in salt. This has to be one of the worst places to eat... Service was horrible and the food was disgusting!!! Save your money and buy potted meat in a can. Anything is better to than this place !

Have eaten here several times. Tonight will be my last time. We were here over an hr and we were done eating and my husbands food finally came and was wronng. He ordered Hamburger STEAK plain , no gravy and no onions. They brought out a hamburger on a bun with everything on it. So another thirty minutes and still no food. Our granddaughter ordered tater tots which she never got. Even after adding 3 different times. I had ayce catfish. I ate the two pieces and asked for more. Which i never got. The manager on duty finally came out with a to go bag with my husbands food which was still wrong. I never got my fish. So i told her i want passing for ayce and she got ugly saying she cant change the price and never even tried to make the orders right. She was rude and we will never go back.

Employees were nice but that is where it really end. I had the pulled pork plate, this place manages to even give you soggy half baked french fries. The pork was DRY, half a gallon of sauce could not even save it. And pretty much tasteless, they clearly have little idea of how pulled pork needs to look-smell-taste at that place! Their "smoked" wings get FLASH FRIED (so all the smokey taste will be gone when it hits your plate) The only thing that was really good was their brunswick stew! The sweet tea was straight up sugar water, i mean seriously pure sugar not even a speck of tea taste in there. Then it took the waitress 20 min (!) to take back the check and ring us up. I heard great things about their other locations. But this one in Commerce, you should avoid..

We were evacuated from the hurricane and came in town to stay one night. We were searching for a place that would allow dogs and when calling to check we got the response "bring him down they are welcome here". We had a very nice waitress and the manager spoke to me and my wife for quite sometime. He even brought our dog out a fresh bone to chew. The food had mixed reviews on here but we were extremely pleased as it was delicious! In our conversation with the manager the fact that I am a Marine came up so we were pleasantly surprised when there was a discount on our bill and they thanked me for my service. If we are ever in town again we will 100% be back!

I am loving the brisket pepper poppers! The managers name is Billy. He comes to your table to check on you. Very nice man. If you have a concern about your order, ask for Billy. A couple of my favorites are the brisket sandwich, smoked wings and awesome NY style cheesecake. I drive 30 minutes to get to this restaurant mainly for the brisket poppers. I have never written a review for a restaurant, but I feel like the staff treats me kindly and the food is really good. Warning the size of the food may fool you. I have never been able to finish my meal. The poppers are huge, two of them would be a whole meal.

Got there right at 8 pm. Ordered out food and we waited, and waited and waited. AT 8:25 after watching them bring out food for people who had come in AFTER us, I asked one of the servers where our food was. Her response? "Good question" She disappeared back into the kitchen and rather than bring our food out or come let us know why our food wasnt ready she brought someone elses food out. So I walked back into the kitchen and our server who had been too busy chatting with friends hadnt given the kitchen our food, so we left unfed. Thank goodness for 5 Guys!

We ordered from there and it was GROSS!!!!! BBQ sauce was watered down ketchup!! Pulled pork was taste-less. French fries were soggy and to add insult to injury... Half Raw!!! Fried Okra was also half raw and soggy!!! Shrimp dinner was just as bad.. sitting on the counter because it was too gross to eat!!! We paid almost 30.00 dollars for food we cant even stomach!!! Should have known better .... the place was empty and now I know why!!! Do NOT waste your money..

Food mediocre. Make sure they get your order right. And if you get Cassidy be sure to turn your hearing aid up bc she whispers everything. Also, normally if a place clearly messes up your order they do the courteous thing and remove it from your bill. Not this place. If youre hungry for barbeque, then youd be better off microwaving a tub of Lloyds from the supermarket and youd save time and money.
