I stopped going here two years ago because of the ownership. I heard they had new ownership so I decided to go back. Saturday night I went and got cheesecake to go, I also got a piece of the cake because I was told it was layered with cheesecake. However it wasnt and that was the only reason I got the cake. Not such a big deal, it just sucked to waste food and money. I decided to go on Sunday because I missed the gyro omelette, so much. Well, there was a wait, as expected. Got to our seat. 3 or 4 minutes later a table is seated next to us. Meanwhile, another few minutes pass Ive seen what turns out to be my server rushing between the patio and a large group seated nearby, she told my table shed be right there twice. Finally she comes and gets our drink order, we ordered our food at the same time. She goes to the table next to us gets there orders. Shebrings the drinks and walks away before I can ask where the water is that I ordered along with the coffee. I finish my coffee, the server still has never been back by, as I sit with nothing to drink the table next to us gets their food. 5 minutes later, still no food,still nothing to drink, still havent seen my server. Then the food comes. My boyfriend ordered the country fried steak and eggs with grits. The food runner delivers a country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, a separate plate with eggs, bacon and a bowl of grits. When we told the runner what was wrong they took the plate with the country fried steak away. I also asked for a water and refill on my coffee. Meanwhile I find my food is actually cold. A few minutes pass and a different server comes over with a water and makes a bunch of excuses for our server but by now I just want to get out of there. So we left an hour after we were seated hungry and thirsty. The End. It really sucks because I really like some of the menu items and I missed my favorite server Kenny.

my family went to the diner on the 26th of december, excepting to have a wonderful lunch - my sister and her fiance who have come from florida for this great lunch - they DID NOT receive the meal they were expecting. the lemon rice soup - which in normally very rich and creamy, was WATERED DOWN - but still charged the full price. the country fried chicken was a small patty - hamburger patty from steak and shake- and there was a very small amount of gravy. her fiance wanted breakfast - scrambled eggs, toast and 1(one) blueberry pancake - the pancake was an extra $5.00 - that is crazy. when his food was delivered he was given a regular pancake - the waiter dropped and ran and it took 15 to 20 minutes to get brians attention to correct the mistake. brian so boldly said no you did not order the blueberry pancake and called him a liar. brian finally replaced the pancake with the original blueberry pancake. it also took my family 20 plus minutes to get their bill and then a to go box I just called today to make a complaint and spoke with the manger on duty - graham and he said " i am so sorry what do you what me to do for you"? now what should graham do for a customer/patron of his restaurant. should i have to tell him how to take care of his customers? now here comes the good part - Graham now tells me he is too busy to continue the conversation and hangs up...now i know why the staff treats their customers is such an awful manner....i would not go and eat their again...it is not the same place - a restaurant that use to care about their customers -

I rarely have a bad experience at restaurants but when a friend and I went there our experience was so bad we dont ever plan on going back or recommending the place to a friend. I dont know why people are saying this place is "reasonably priced". We went in on seeing a misleading 1 $ sign on the web..however this place is more like $$ or $$$, the cheapest thing on the menu is $7.99 and thats a caesar salad, if you want chicken itll go up to $10. Everything else on the menu is roughly $10-17+. Putting that aside our food was pretty good, however the service was the reason why I wont ever go back. Our waiter took -forever- to come back and take our order (it wasnt even busy that night), he never re-filled our waters and when we asked for to go boxes he came back to the table 3 times with no to go boxes in sight. I have never had a waiter just plain forget to bring a to go box..actually I think he realized his mistake when he saw our plates but did not ask if we still wanted to go boxes. So that being said, not coming back again, no matter how good the people say the food is.

My friends and I had the worst service at this Diner. Our waiter barely took care of us. He was impolite. We didnt see him for about 20 minutes. He forgot our bread while we waited for our food. When he finally arrived with our food, he didnt show up for a while. Two other servers were the ones asking if we needed anything such as more soda/water or ketchup. Instead of helping us, he went to the bar section. He went to our table and took my friends plate since he was finished and asked if he could talk my friends and my plate when we clearly werent finished eating. He didnt even offer us dessert instead he just brought our check and we never heard from him again. We couldve easily walked out without paying. ( We obviously didnt.) We wondered throughout our time there if he was drunk or what? We will not go back to this establishment. He acted very poorly towards us. How can we tip someone who was rude to us? A server should be helpful towards every customer. We were never rude. He was the only rude server at this location. He ruined it for us...

Fourth visit. Loved loved the Challah French Toast. And they asked how do you like your Bacon cooked ? Wow, quality Bacon too. Reuben Sandwich was great and Fish and Chips-delicious ! Ordered Chicken Francesa. Not ! Knew on first look. Brown pinky gravy. No lemon. Sent back. They gave me a free cup of Tomato Basil soup, while they tried again. Hot dish out, not quite. Floor Mgr who bought me souo, served me a new dish. Chicken was great, fresh and lightly battered and browned. Little lemon. Obviously the Chef was off ! Today, I had the stuffed Burger ! Two burgers together, with loads of May tag Blue. Too Salty. It was supposed to be Gorgonzola. I love salt.The May tag was too much. Stuffed inside and on the top. Sent it back. Had another delicious Tomato Basil ! The Desert case is filled with ten plus kinds of delicious Huge Cakes ! Coconut is wonderful Fudge, Volcano, Tira mass and more. Great Service from Eldar and more. Will try again ! Great Atmosphere !!! Clean.

After having our plans canceled my friends wanted to still go out. We decided on this place, wed never been and the reviews were good. It was 9 on a Friday night and the place was almost empty. Really odd but okay. The menu was pretty large but we were so hungry by the time we arrived that we just kinda picked the first thing we saw. They both got burgers and I the shrimp bisque. We all liked our food for the most part. It was decent for the price and the distance from us. I also got cheesecake which my friends devoured and wouldnt stop talking about. Overall we would come back for two reasons, the cheescake and our waiter Jim. He is so sweet and attentive. Thanks for turning our night around Jim.
