When you go to the busiest mall in town on Sunday afternoon, and the restaurant is more than half empty thats your first clue that youre in the wrong place. We came for my daughters birthday despite being unhappy last time we are here. Its was worse. First we were sat against another large family and the tables were so close you couldnt sit down on one side of our table. I requested a different table and we were allowed to move after the waitress asked the manager. Our servers name was Kayla. We had four adults two children. 10 minutes before we were greeted and drink orders taken. Drinks were wrong and she had to fix them twice. Never refilled. We order the kids meals with the drinks. The kids meals food was cold neither one of them ate it; they ate only carrots and celery. It was horrible It took 45 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. Every order was wrong. Heres the kicker: We all got burgers. The food was cold and gross. How hard is it to make four burgers and two kids meals? The manager came out once during the wait and said they messed up the order and had to redo them. They didnt. I was so done. We had a birthday party to get to and we spent more than two hours there for no reason and didnt even eat half of the disgusting food. Bad service, bad food, way more noisy than normal (radio was blaring over our table). When we finally got the bill she wanted to give us coupons for the inconvenience and bad service. I was just like no, I just want to leave. We had to stay for another 30 minutes before she could decide if she was going to remove the meals that were not eaten. She said she had to contact her GM to waive any purchases. We will never go back. BWW is a favorite restaurant for my family. My husband and I frequently visited when we lived in NC and Florida. This location, however, is seriously lacking in more ways than one. This was our second visit in three months and it is only getting worse. Never again!!! It ruined my daughters birthday!

Just left from this place & had the worst customer service ever. Katie was our server, but due to us being black of course she didnt tend to my family & I. Im a server & my boyfriend that was there is a server also. So, we thought maybe she was in the weeds (very busy), but we saw her talking with her other co-workers & as she walked passed us numerous of times to check on the other tables she didnt acknowledge us. We had to ask for refills & when she finally brung them she had her fingers all around the rim of the cups. There were five of us, but she only brung three cups, put them down at the end of the table & left. So, youre meaning to tell me youre so lazy that you couldnt put our drinks in front of us? Another thing, when she dropped off our food she didnt place it in front of us, slid down plates with a freaking attitude & didnt ever bother to ask us did we need anything our whole visit. Katie needs to be trained again or go work at home where she doesnt have to deal with people. The final thing that pissed me off is that my mother asked her for a sprite to go & Katie replied, "yep" & didnt give it to her. My boyfriend had to go to the bar to get it & tipped the bartender $7. Katie stereotyped us & treated us like we were nothing. She smiled with her other tables, asked if they were okay, etc. Yes, I observed all of that because Im a server myself. She missed out on being blessed tremendously due to her horrible attitude & the way she handled us. We talked to her manager after we paid for our food & he was apologetic. Never going there again. My brothers birthday dinner was ruined all because of her. Thanks Katie

I only go here on Tuesday because they have the bogo wing deal for take out(cant find another place that will do that without sitting down which is why I go back because 20 wings for 10 bucks is great). Ive had an issue where someone charged my card a dollar on tip. Ive had issues with getting home and realize my order wasnt right(wrong sauce, soggy wings when asked for extra chips, wrong wing count). The two biggest time Ive felt cheated, I called up, and their manager reconciled the situation flawlessly. He refunded my card the tip I never included. When I order 20 wings and only recieved 14 he offered to replace the whole order or give me a full refund. I chose the reorder. Again, once I got home I only had 15. It isnt the biggest deal because I got 9 wings for free but if I knew theyd skimp out again, I would of just got the cash refund. Im easy to please. Costumer service jobs like this just included getting the order right and not ignoring the costumers. Wings are a hit or miss(seem to be better around 10PM), the woman who took my to go order(Tiana I think her name was) deserves a raise, the manager is awesome, yet all the other staff Ive dealt with has been horrible. Company is only has good as its weakest links. No wonder the CEO is complaining that the younger generation is killing their buisness. Theyre killing themselves.

My friend and I came here last night for a quick bite to eat before our movie. We arrived at 6pm and it wasnt busy. When we arrived the girl at the hostess stand was playing with her phone and didnt acknowledge us. Once she finished whatever she was doing, she told us she didnt know where the other people were sat and she walked away. Another girl grabbed some menus and sat us. Then she took our drink order and brought us our drinks. Then we waited and waited and waited. Nobody returned to let us order for a solid 20 minutes. Then a nice young woman asked "has nobody taken your order?" We told her no and she took our order. The food came out fairly quickly and it was fine. It just seemed that there was an overall disorganized atmosphere. Other customers wandered around waiting for a table and a few people around us waited quite a while for their food or to order as well. I would recommend this only if you really didnt have another option or if they were absolutely empty. A real shame honestly.

My knowledge of Buffalo Wild Wings aka BW3s is solely based on the ones I went to in Cincinnati, OH. Quality Food, Decent Service & enough TVs to satisfy the sports fan. Their wings are fried without any breading/batter and then sauced. I loved the Caribbean Jerk wings, well Caribbean Jerk on pretty much any & everything. Id chalk up the bad experiences to a new restaurants bumps & bruises. If I were you, try them again later. I usually try to go to a new restaurant after the first 60-90 days to allow for training issues to be rectified & service issues addressed with solid hiring. OK, sorry I wrote a book but I love these wings & was just as excited that they were coming to A place near me as Ohioans were when the 1st freestanding Chick-fil-A was built there. Previously theyd only had Chick-fil-A inside a mall or two.
