One of the best burger I had in town. I live in Lawrenceville, and I went all the way to Alpharetta to just have a taste of their burger. Their burger is juicy and soft, and their potato buns are chewy and soft. I tried their CEO burger, which is served with American Wagyu patty and brisket. Wagyu patty was soft and juicy, and together with crispy brisket and chewy potato bun, tasted great every bite. Their burgers are also served with lettuce shell instead of buns, and the lettuce shell was crispy fresh, as if it was cut right on the spot. Fries were also great, but you might not like them as much if you prefer extra crispy fries. I personally loved the fries, and I think its fried just enough to be crispy without losing potatos texture. They claim their fries arent pre-packaged frozen fries and are hand-prepared and fried, and it did taste like it. They also have few desert options one of which is frozen custard. You can have them floating on root beer, as a shake, as frozen solid (what they call a "concrete"), or by themselves on cone or cup, and they taste great whichever way you have them. I see a lot of people complaining about the price of the food at this place, but this isnt a fast food chain. Its an artisan burger place where every burger is handmade and customized to how you want, and shouldnt be compared with fast food chains. Im not saying fast food is bad, but Im just saying theyre different kind of place. Youll find the prices are steep if you go to this place expecting fast food, but if youre willing to pay, youll get your moneys worth in taste and quality.

Me and cheese are bestfriends. I love it, but then again what girl doesnt? Our friends took us here one evening when we were debating on where to eat and "burgers" seemed to be on everyones mind. There are only a few words to describe their burgers: Killer, Out of this world, Flavorful. I love that there are so many options for your burger and you can customize whatever you want. My favorite thing to get is the double cheeseburger with bacon (duh) in a lettuce bun because then you dont feel so guilty about eating the entire container of fries and then finishing it off with some custard. But its okay, because this place is walking distance from our apartment and then we dont feel so guilty about eating giant, cheesy burgers. You MUST try their onion rings at least once! Theyre as big as your face and incredibly delicious! Oh and their strawberry lemonade tastes like your grandma made it. The things I love the most about this place is that its eco-friendly, uses only organic and naturally sustainable food products and the staff are very helpful and pleasant! Oh and also, they dont mind dogs on the porch, so that automatically gives this place an extra star in my book!

One of the best bacon cheeseburgers Ive possibly ever had. They have a good range of burger options/ toppings for different tastes. Has a nice outside seating area if you wish. If you are looking for a less busy time to go I went around 4:30 on a week day and it was practically a ghost town. Food came out in less than 10 mins. [Side note: I was given a pager to bring up to the counter when my food was ready but others after me had their food brought to their table] I got the Bacon Cheeseburger Double (w/fries) and was stuffed. Burgers are sold a la carte with no sides though. Fries are about $3 extra but you get a generous amount (see pic). A burger and fries (no drink) will run you on average just north of $10. They serve draft beer and frozen custard too if youre really hungry.

The only redeeming part of our meal was the onion rings and they were cooked in old oil. It was Sunday evening and they were not busy but the service was slow. I asked for mayo on the side and you would have thought I wanted a kidney. The staff huddled up like refs calling a technical at a Hawks game. They finally gave me a half spoonful. For a $10 burger, I expected something more than I could have gotten at Hardees. Unfortunately, that was not the case; one sliver of lettuce on a soggy bun-nirvana! Add too that fries cooked in old grease and it was a meal fit for a king...of Somalia. We will still give it another try-not.

I have lived within driving distance of a BurgerFi for a while now and am embarrassed to admit I had not tried their food until just this week. I had been missing out on the best burgers ever! Seriously, their Vegefi burger is hands down the best veggie burger Ive ever had. It does not make me envy the burgers my meat eating companions were eating. Its just perfect and I wouldnt change a thing. Their fries are also delicious! This is probably going to be my new favorite restaurant that will make me go broke from going there too often!!!!

Service was fast-ish. The burgers were decent quality - the meat could have used a little more seasoning and overall it was really greasy. Not the most excellent burger Ive ever had (considering the prices as well, it should be good), but I suppose thats just as result of being in the Windward area. Also, keep in mind that portion sizes are HUMONGOUS so beware when you order that extra side of fries.

Burger was good, onion rings are massive, fries are good-had them with parmesean and herbs and thought they still lacked flavor. They have the cool coke machines with 50+ options and a real good strawberry-lemonade drink. Only issue here is price. Lunch for two cost me $25 and thats with no alcohol or shakes. $4.47 for a milkshake or float? A little ridiculous. The coke alone was $2.47. Outrageous.

One of the most pleasant places I know to enjoy a good burger and fries. Good seating, fast hot meals, and great service team. Tell all your friends to make this a number one spot. Glad I ran across this new spot. You may even on occasion catch the owner walking around asking how things are. One of the few places I know in this price range that will offer a green burger/no bun lettuce wrap.

Awesome burgers with fantastic staff & managment. It was a great experience, definitely going back. They have beer and custard too, a burger shop to be emulated. I had a build-your-own, juicy patties and tasty toppings, my wife got the breakfast-all-day burger (yum!). Two burgers, fries and a beer for $20 cant be beat either. I couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

Possibly the best burger in the area. The owner takes care and pride in his product. I love how each burger bun is individually branded with the BurgerFi logo. My suggestion to this establishment is work on consistency, I have ordered the same meal a few times and gotten different results. The taste was still great, enough not to lower a star.
