We just had a terrible experience. Called in a delivery lunch order for our executive team meeting at our headquarter office in Sandy Springs. Spoke to the manager to place the order to ensure quality and proper attention was made to the order. I made it clear to her (Montece?) that this was for our executive meeting and I asked her if she can personally confirm the order was correct before it left the cafe. She assured me she would do so. I needed the food by 11:30am so it would be fresh for their meeting. She told me it would arrive likely before 11:30, but 11:30 at the latest. At 11:35am there was still no delivery and I called and the manager said, Oh the driver is stuck in traffic and will be there in 10 minutes. It would have been nice to have been contacted instead of me having to call to find this out. The driver arrived at 11:45am, 15 minutes late. I asked the delivery person if everything was there because the bags looked smaller than I expected for 10+ meals. She said "I am just the delivery driver, I dont know". Since I was already 15 minutes bringing the food to the meeting, I had no time to sit there and go through each item with her. I eventually discovered that there were two full meals missing and side items from two additional meals also missing. I am not trying to hunt them down to bring us the rest of our order but I keep getting left on continual holds. I find very disappointing that our business is not important enough for them to just do a quality check before it leaves the building. This makes me look bad to my company when I am the one responsible for bringing catering in for this meeting.

Was at Wells Fargo doing some banking and needed something good, tasty, and fresh. Glad I stopped by. Great soup , sandwich and coffee. I got the chicken noodle as it was a little chilly that day. WoW! Now that tastes like it was made from scratch. Got the California turkey wrap since I am a fan of sprouts, and I was impressed. I was a little hesitant at first cuz it has carrots, but with that side of asiago racnch, killer! Took a cup of java to go as still needed to work, and those are some fresh grounds. I will be returning to try some more. :)

A chance Saturday afternoon stop yielded a splendid Boars Head roast beef sandwich and a smattering of bakery delights including a chocolate croissant, cranberry muffin and poppyseed muffin, fruit danish and more tasty goodies. The white bread on my sandwich was super fresh, with just the right amount of firmness and flavor, These folks know what theyre doing! And theyre here at 8AM seven days a week, so go check them out. Fresh deli soup, customized made to order sandwiches and a great selection of bakery delights await you. Tell them Mark sent you!

Just checked out the newly renovated Soho bakery and found it to be very clean, excellent food, great seating, very friendly owner and staff. They are having a few "new opening issues" and all, but Im thrilled to have this family owned business in my town. I wish them the best. Give them some time to get the service right, but the place was packed, the bagels and breakfast were excellent, and the owner gave us a little thank you for our unexpected wait. Every family owned business like this makes our town a better place to live. Thank you.

I stopped by for the lunch special, and although the sandwich was a little skimpy, the salad was as fresh as it could be, and overall an OK value. I picked up some sweets (a pastry and cookie), and that was a mistake. The chocolate cookie was not sweet at all and more doughy than chocolaty, and the pastry was dry and under sweetened as well. I threw them both out after trying to adjust to the taste. They were a waste of money and can be easily beat by the stuff they ship in to Krogers bakery.

They have bagels, they have coffee, they have every type of sandwich you can think of, and MOST importantly they have an unlimited salad bar! Unlimited toppings and its all fresh and delicious! Like legit, I go here three times a week just for the salad and Im always greeted by such a friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place, you wont be disappointed!

I was at Soho for the first time today and had a great experience. We had a large party (12) and they had a table ready for us when we arrived since I had called ahead. The food was very good and there was a nice variety to choose from. The bread and other bakery goodies looked scrumptious, but I was trying to be good.

Been looking for a good bakery in Sandy Springs for a long time. This place just opened and is great. $8-10 sandwiches including a side and they are delicious I would definitely give it a try! Whole bunch of other options as well!

They have totally overhauled this place and it is now a winner. Met Brian, one of the managers, really nice guy who made you feel appreciated. Very good bagels and without a doubt this is my new goto place for a nova loxa!

Just finished a hot pastrami sandwich and it was excellent. Fresh marble rye, tasty pastrami. Glad it filled me up otherwise the pastries would be hard to resist.
