Employees seemed very incompetent at this location. Food was good but prepared terribly...my Panini was basically two pieces of bread. I tried to order a $4 latte which they didnt seem to know how to make so settled for the $2 coffee instead. If Panera actually reads these Id highly recommend doing an employee review/training, for me the employees were the problem. I would generally recommend Panera but this location is a big let down compared to other locations.

When I visit Panera Bread or any of the bakery I usually get there in the morning hours while things are still fresh. Panera Bread like any other Bakery tends to let things sit for hours without making new products. I enjoyed a quiche. And if youre there for lunch they have fresh chicken salad. I absolutely have no complaints about customer service.

Foods the same as any Panera, with a nice, home-like atmosphere. Service was quite top notch, but the flaws lie within the actual dining area. There are little to none outlets to charge devices and the Wifi in this Panera, along with all the other Paneras, are utter garbage. Rates that are not acceptable for 2015 standards.

No one in line. Slow unattentive service. Had a bagel but it was cold by the time the cashier figured out how to give change. Something so simple made so hard. Does anyone care about their work performance anymore? I wont be back!

A regular stop for me. Good food. Decor could use an update. Outdoor seating is nice in spring and fall. Unusable in summer and winter. Points program could use an overhaul.
