*UPDATE* Omg! The manager invited us back and the experience was like night and day. Our server Shaq was excellent!! The salmon flavors were breathtaking. I couldnt stop making mmmm noises as I took each bite! They have a great happy hour menu with this DELICIOUS shrimp that I had no choice but to get a second order of. The dessert shooter was incredible! I had the peanut butter cup one and it was just enough deliciousness to satisfy my sweet tooth. Justin is the manager and he is great. I will definitely be back soon. Check them out asap!!! So pleased and glad we came back. This might be my new Happy Hour Spot! Let me open this up by saying I give this place a 5* for food but a 2* for the service we received which averages to about 3.5* but Ill give them 4 because Im pretty sure our server was not an accurate representation of the service this place is known for. My intention in writing this is not to attack the server, but to provide my opinion about the overall experience and hopefully give her some tips to help her provide a more rewarding experience to her guests in the future (if she ever sees this). It was our first time to this restaurant. We were both very excited to check it out, especially since some celebrities have been seen eating here. We had reservations for 8pm and I had the option to sit down right away or wait for my dinner partner to arrive. I decided to sit at my table and wait. A couple of minutes after I was seated, our server Alyca arrived to "greet" me. She confirmed the party name and asked if I wanted something to drink while I wait. I asked for water and she brought them out. Several minutes went by of me looking at the menu and waiting for her to check on me so I could ask for a straw and to order the flat bread. She never came back until I flagged her down. *Strike 1 - Although my other party member hasnt arrived, check on me to ask if I have any questions about the menu, see if I need anything... The flatbread arrived shortly after my partner did so the timing was perfect. We had the sausage flatbread and it was delicious! It was flavorful; each ingredient complemented the other perfectly. We practically finished our flatbread before she finally came to see if we wanted to order entrees. *Strike 2 - Maybe its just me but I would think that most people would want their entree to show up shortly after their appetizer is finished. In order to make that happen, I’d think that you would need to take my entree order a little sooner than right before my appetizer is complete. At this point I was ready to ask for a new server but decided to continue with her for the full experience. We ended up with 2 barbecue chicken salads (DELICIOUS and filling) and the cedar plank salmon meal. Everything we ate was enjoyable and the fact that it was under 475 calories per dish made me feel more comfortable letting those mmmm and yumms escape my lips with each bite. Half way through, my water glass is empty. I waited several minutes for her to acknowledge this and come refill my glass but no. She was nowhere to be found and even when she was found, i had to flag her down to ask for more water. This is a BIG one for me. I should not have to go thirsty during my meal!! Each time she disappeared for several minutes, we would look around and notice how attentive all of the other servers were with their tables. They told them about any specials, they laughed and joked with them, they checked on them often... not sure what we did to deserve the opposite. My dinner partner summed it up the best by saying her service wasnt horrible but it was more like the type we would expect to receive at Applebees or Ihop..... When we were finally done eating, we waited several minutes for her to come take our plates so we could ask for the check. She never asked us if we wanted dessert. Needless to say, her tip wasnt much (about $5 which could have easily been $20 if she stepped her game up), but hopefully shell take some lessons from her teammates and be a little more attentive in the future.

Pulled up, and it took some convincing for one of the six+ valets standing there to open my passengers door. We got sat at a table that another server was using as his bussing table - spilled drinks sitting on a tray, another partys check, etc. 10 minutes after being sat we got water, 10 minutes later, our drinks. Too add insult to injury, the champagne glass was dirty. We had ~5 servers take orders, drinks, deliver food, the dessert, and the check - still unsure who was the actual server. But! The food was good. It was really good. Like, sop up the sauce good. Had an excellent appetizer (the kabobs), the steak was delicious, and my date said the red snapper was scrumptious as well. Dessert was also really good. Upon leaving, there were 7 valets wearing shirts standing at the stand, 2 others retrieving cars - yet when the car arrived, only the driver got out and kept the door open for me. My date, once again, had to open her own door. If you can get past some awful service all around, the food was good. Worth the hassle? Probably not - it wasnt just one bad server, it was the entire staff with an air of "we arent sure whats happening/how to serve".

Many of the previous reviews are spot on! My boyfriend and I went for the Valentines Day Special and booked a reservation a few weeks in advance. When we arrived the valet was very easy to spot and is located behind the street view of the restaurant (and is cheaper than self-parking)! We were told upon checking in that there would be a wait and were offered champagne until our table was ready, approx. 30 mins. Once seated, we were offered the regular menu and not the set menu for the occasion. The food was pretty good and wine selection decent, but found this out only after waiting an hour for our main course that our server forgot to ring in. We were comped accordingly for our troubles and for that I give them 4 stars. Damage control was nice but it would have been nicer to not have to do it at all.

Some co-workers and I went to Seasons 52 during Buckhead Restaurant week. Our server was super-pissed when he learned that we wanted to order off the $15 menu, which makes sense since he was recommending $10 appetizers and $30 lunch entrees as the "fan favorites" at the restaurant. I kid you not, the server exclaimed "are you effing kidding me..." and walked off after we told him our plans. A different server came over a few minutes later and apologized for what I can only assume had happened: the original server walked into the managers office and quit on the spot. Anyways, the food was good although the burger has mushrooms built into it and they couldnt substitute it with the childrens patties (which are smaller) for some reason. Oh well... probably wont go back.

THE BEST restaurant experience I have EVER had!! Or service experience from anywhere for that matter. My wife & I went for our 4th wedding anniversary and everyone that we interacted from the phone reservation to the hostess to the waiter and manager treated us like gold. I have never been treated that good even at the ritz. The food was fantastic and delivered in a speedy manner as well. Top Notch. We were even given anniversary gifts and comps on top of it all. We are telling everyone we talk to how great it is will be back very soon and often!! Compliments to Seasons 52 staff at Buckhead!
