Really nice environment and vibe and nice, gracious owner but HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. RUDE waitress who will act like YOU are bothering her when she is there to work and make money. Like the reviewer below said, the service you get is based on the type of customer they perceive you to be which is completely ignorant. People in their 20s make and spend money and tip. 20-30 minute wait for drinks. Seemed like a cool spot and was excited to go but I would recommend not spending your money somewhere it is seemingly not wanted. There are too many other hookah places in Atlanta.

Food was good. Practically had to seat myself. Not vefy welcoming or accomadating. Server did not check on us enough. Were left in the dark in terms of info that should be provided to first timers like my wife and I. We asked for silverware, and recieved it after we were finished with our meal! We had to eat like cavemen! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We enjoyed the experience and the ambiance. But you will have to bring your own server.

Best Hookah Lounge in all of Atlanta. Food is great along with the atmosphere. Outside seating is comfortable and relaxing. The house blend Hookah is Amazing. The service is superb and the owner Nick is one of the nicest peope I have ever had the pleasure to be around. So accommodating. If you love Hookah and relaxation in a party atmosphere then this is the place to be. Two thumbs up for Moon Lounge in Roswell!

We had a birthday party here. The customer service was just horrible! They offer only 5 water glasses and they said they will charge for the additional WATER!! the hooka was terrible! And so was the food! And when they brought the cake ( that we bought from outside) they did not bring a knife!! We left and there was no single person smiling over there. Will NEVER return nor recommend it to anyone else.

Let me start off by saying that this is a beautiful and relaxing place. It is laid back, comfortable, with good music and great hookahs. It is a Sunday night and my husband and I came here for date night. We will definitely be back and want to try it out on a Friday or Saturday. It is a true lounge experience so come ready to relax and take your time. You will not be disappointed.

This place have a horrible customer service, waited 20 minutes to be serviced, once i got serviced had to wait another 40 minutes to find out that my order was not trough because the kitchen was closed! I went to get something to and had to go back home hungry because a waitress cant work and cant serve her customers right! Its just a shame, and never coming to this place again

It was our 1st time trying hookah. This place was pretty nice, decorated well, a fountain, and nice lighting. The service was good. They were helpful, friendly, and informative. There were burn holes in all the seats and cushions. Is that normal? Also, the hip hop music didnt seem to go w/ the ambiance. Overall, it was a good 1st time experience and we will be back.

I wouldnt recommend this place. The service is terrible and the waiters have bad attitudes. The took 30 minutes to bring our hookah and another 20 to take an order and another half an hour to bring our drinks. When we asked to speak to the manager they just said they wouldnt charge us for the drink. The music is dead. Never doing back

Its just simply an amazing place! Its gorgeous inside! I came here with my friends on Saturday, the place was packed. Everyone was on the dance floor, we had so much fun! We ordered a fruity head hookah it was the best hookah I have ever had. The owner Nick showed great hospitality, this will definitely be our spot.

Very slow service. We ran out of charcoal and drinks and the server never came back to check on us. We ended up having to ask the BOUNCER for new charcoal and he replaced it. Our server came back only once our charcoal had been replaced (4 mins later) and we were only the 5th table there so it wasnt even busy.

Im going to start off by saying this is a place to go if youre over the age of 35 and dont want to be able to talk to anyone in your party or the server whom is taking your order. If you want good service plan on spending $80 alone on seating. The hours are great but defiantly not a young adult Hookah lounge.

THE hookah spot!! DJ was was on point this evening (Saturday night) and hookahs were even better. Read the previous reviews about the "house" hookah and definitely a must try. Will definitely be back for more.

I loved this place till recently. I went in at 6 pm and I was told it doesnt open till 7:30! On their websit it said open now when I checked at 5, thats giving a wrong info to loyal customers!
