Your experience at this raucous, friendly Irish-themed eatery will vary with your server. Some (included those few actually imported from Ireland) are right on it, serving up cold beverages and hot appetizers with amazing efficiency. Others -- not so much. When a member of our party asked our last waiter for a to-go box, he returned with it and tossed it right on top of the entree our friend hoped to package up. When we mentioned this might not have been the best way to handle the situation, he was clueless and unapologetic. As pubs go, though, you could do a lot worse than Ri Ra -- though theres something creepy about all the faux photos of Irish "locals" and their ongoing lives that gives us pause.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The bar tenders refused to serve me a drink, I had been out to one other bar and had two drinks...on a Thursday! I get to the bar where Im ignored, then when I get the bar tenders attention she refuses to get me a drink, then the manager AND the bouncer are extremely rude. They would not even give me water. I calmly walked out and went down the street to Deadwood, which not only served me and my friends pitchers, but let us play darts. NEVER GIVING RI RA MY BUSINESS AGAIN! I bring them lots of business, particularly on week days when they are slower.

The restaurant sits inside of the hottest night club scene in atlanta. Tuesday-saturday the district is exciting. During the mid-day its the perfect place to grab lunch. The bands that play here are great and the District awesome. (Midtown Mile) you can run into many atlanta stars on this corner. #opera #sutra #luxe #koko room #lure #frontpage #cosmopolitan #1010midtown #vanquish #reign #shout #oceanaire are just walking distance away. food: good, drinks:Are original imports, Vibe: Ive even recorded one of my songs here on stage.

Our alumni club has adopted Rira has our home for our Young Alumni this past football season, and we will continue to hold club gamewatches there for basketball season and club happy hour as well. The staff have been incredibly accomodating for our group every weekend. The beer selection is wonderful and Ive had nothing bad food-wise on the menu (the Guinness burger and the brilliant sliders are some of our favorites!). Its a great atmosphere to get together with friends and family. I highly recommend it!

What can I say, I love Irish Pubs, and this one is no different! The Guinness is great (1 of 3 places I even order a Guinness) and the bartenders are genuine and nice. It can get a little tight on the weekends, but that would never keep me from coming in. They usually have live music and a lively crowd. As is all places in Midtown, forget trying to park, and I couldnt even try to tell you where to look, but dont let that be the reason you dont have a crispy Guinness on any day that ends in.....-day.

Ho-hum! The steak tips had good potential but fell way short. The flavor was amazingbut the steak was extremely chewy. It came with potatoes and green beans which were yummy. Another at our table had the corned beef meal and was disappointed it was incredibly dry, to include the mashed potatoes which stayed in solid form. The appetizers of the Buffalo chicken chunks was delicious. So, if you are into appetizers and so-so meals with a very loud atmosphere then this is the place for you.

Went for lunch on 1/16/17. Things started off well. Hubby ordered 1/2 fish and chips - me a salad. After 30 minutes flagged waitress who stated it will be right out. 15 more minutes go by and the waitress is avoiding us!! Said first fish was burnt. Instead of offering us a piece of bread or anything off she went. Food came out and fish was undercooked and salad must have been sitting under the heat lamp!! I personally will not return though others seem to have had a better experience

Great Happy hour from 4pm to 7pm Monday thru Friday. The appetizers are half off and the sushi is a must try! The ribs were my favorite and the well drinks are $5 and house wine. Parking is perfect if You arrive before 6pm because valet starts at that time and its a charge. Overall great food and their calamari is slightly different and big which I was not use too- Ill stick to the regular calamari rings!

Met up with family there for a very pleasant evening. Wish I had gotten his name, but our waiter has only been here from Ireland 4 months, and only worked at the pub for 1 month. He made the place feel so authentic and was just a delightful person. Ive wanted to go to Ireland most my adult life. Because of that guy, I felt like I finally got my wish. Live Irish music and brownie dessert were also great.

I love Rira! There different levels just a few steps to each level and a different atmosphere at each one. A great place to go for drinks in midtown they also serve food. I havent eaten there but their drinks are great and they have a wider selection of beers than most bars. Sometimes there is a cover charge for a band they have, havent been disappointed yet!

Came here twice in one visit with a friend. Enjoy an authentic glass of Guinness from Dublin! Literally! It is imported. Did not have any food but enjoyed the drink. Watched the soccer game as well. From the large teams to the unheard of teams, its always fun to watch with other soccer fans on a weekday afternoon.

A native Irish bartender, football (soccer) on the television and a good beer selection on tap at the bar. I had a Scottish beer (Monday Nights Drafty Kilt) and an English lunch (fish & chips) but I felt very welcomed and at home. A little cool, dim respite from the Atlanta heat on a sunny Tuesday afternoon.

Ive been to Ri Ra twice over the last two months. Once with a work colleague for lunch and the other time with my family for a few drinks. Both times the service, food and atmosphere was great. Claire from Tyrone served us and couldnt have been more friendly. See you all there for U2 on October 6th !

Had the chance to go to Ri Ra for brunch and had a pleasant time. Wasnt very crowed. Loved having waiters from Ireland that gave us a very authentic experience. The food was good. Would highly recommend the cocktails. I love that its a large space. Great place to meet with a large group.

Beer selection was not insane but definately enough. Menu was authentic. I had the corned beef. the flavor was off the chain but it was extremely fatty and chewy. They had a signed Wolfe Tones poster on the wall so you know its legit. Also our waitress was from Ireland so bonus points.

Attended a Star Wars trivia night here. The servers were great, but the trivia event was a little unorganized, but I think that was third-party person, and not restaurant employee. The food is good, and the drinks are cold, including HARP. Would return and recommend to my friends.

Service was slow and inattentive and too busy chatting up other patrons than to notice my empty glass. The food was decent which is why they received 2 stars from me. Overall not impressed. I love Irish Pubs, but will find another the visit the next time I am in town.
